If your report goes successful then no need to ask people for downvoting as currently I am blacklisted so if he goes blacklisted he will be for next 30 days minimum and a million people will be downvoting on him every day so go ahead and fill that form hurry.

Please try to delete his comments @liquidocelot
Go down to them and click on the 3 dots and to bottom of his comment and right click. Hopefully a delete option will come up and click it.
