Hoy navegando un poco por TikTok vi un edit de una película que jamás había visto, me llamo la atención, sobre todo porque el chico y la chica me parecieron muy hermosos y creí que seria una historia bonita pero mientras avanzaba el video que vi en TikTok me di cuenta que era una película de terror, esas pocas escenas que vi me llevaron a buscar esta película y verla completa, quedé bastante perturbada y eso es difícil para mí, no es la mejor película que he visto en mi vida, pero realmente cumple con darte miedo, incomodidad y cuenta con escenas totalmente grotescas que disfrutaras si eres fan del gore.

Today, while scrolling through TikTok, I came across a clip from a movie I’d never seen before. It caught my attention, mostly because the guy and the girl looked so beautiful, and I thought it would be a sweet story. But as the TikTok video played on, I realized it was a horror movie. Those few scenes I saw made me want to find the movie and watch it all the way through. I was pretty disturbed by it, and that’s hard for me. It’s not the best movie I’ve ever seen, but it really delivers on scaring you and making you uncomfortable, and it has some totally grotesque scenes that you’ll enjoy if you’re a fan of gore.

Esta película comienza con un padre e hijo en la carretera, el hijo Brent va manejando mientras conversa con su padre, de la nada aparece una persona en el medio y al tratar de esquivar a esa persona chocan el auto, este choque fue fatal para el padre de Brent… Tiempo después vemos a Brent con un semblante muy tétrico en la escuela, se acerca el baile de promoción y Brent tiene pensado ir con su novia, sin embargo una chica llamada Lola, se acerca y lo invita… El rechazo fue inmediato y devastador para la chica, de una manera retorcida y sádica la historia muestra el lado oscuro de Lola en compañía de su padre.

This movie begins with a father and son on the road; the son, Brent, is driving while talking to his father. Out of nowhere, a person appears in the middle of the road, and as they try to swerve to avoid that person, they crash the car. The crash was fatal for Brent’s father… Some time later, we see Brent looking very gloomy at school. The prom is approaching, and Brent plans to go with his girlfriend; however, a girl named Lola approaches him and asks him out… His rejection was immediate and devastating for her. In a twisted and sadistic way, the story reveals Lola’s dark side as she spends time with her father.

Básicamente secuestran a Brent y lo torturan al mismo tiempo que simulan una ceremonia de graduación muy bizarra, pero pasan más cosas que son realmente perturbadoras pero no quiero hacer spoiler… Mi cara en toda la película fue literalmente este meme:

Tiene escenas bastante buenas y realistas y un plot twist interesante casi al final de la película, quizás falto mas tiempo para ver una historia mejor estructurada, el origen de tanto sadismo, que paso después de eso, no sé, hubiese sido interesante ver esos detalles.

It has some pretty good, realistic scenes and an interesting plot twist near the end of the movie. Maybe it just needed a little more time to develop a better-structured story—the origin of all that sadism, what happened after that... I don't know, it would have been interesting to see those details.

Esta chica es hermosa y actúa bastante bien, realmente daba la talla como enferma psicópata, da miedo y pena ajena, eso significa que lo hizo excelente jaja. La película tiene escenas muy explicitas, sangrientas e incluso alguna que otra escena +18. Esta buena para pasar el rato y sobre todo si te gusta el gore, de lo contrario solo sentirás nauseas y aburrimiento.

This girl is beautiful and a pretty good actress; she really nailed the role of a psychopathic patient. She’s both scary and cringeworthy, which means she did an excellent job, haha. The movie has some very explicit, gory scenes, and even a few R-rated ones. It’s a good way to kill some time, especially if you like gore; otherwise, you’ll just feel nauseous and bored.
