En esta temporada solía ver muchas películas navideñas, aunque actualmente no lo hago tanto sigo pensando y recordando con nostalgia aquellas películas que marcaron un día diferente de alguna u otra forma en navidad, películas que no solo dejan un mensaje, sino que tambien te divierten y te dejan recuerdos y sensaciones muy emotivas. Hoy les presento mi lista de películas de navidad que mas me gustan.

During this time of year, I used to watch a lot of Christmas movies, and although I don't do it as much these days, I still think about and fondly remember those films that made Christmas special in one way or another—movies that not only convey a message but also entertain and leave you with very emotional memories and feelings. Today, I'm sharing my list of my favorite Christmas movies.

Christmas with the Kranks

La primera es Christmas with the Kranks una película del año 2004 super divertidísima aunque a muchos no les gusto esta película a mi me encanto, me reí demasiado y no me la tome demasiado enserio, esta llena de personajes bastante extraños y que probablemente no le veas sentido a las acciones de la mayoría de ellos ya que estan completamente locos pero se disfruta bastante.

The first one is Christmas with the Kranks, a 2004 movie that's super funny. Although many people didn't like it, I loved it. I laughed a lot and didn't take it too seriously. It's full of rather strange characters, and you probably won't understand the actions of most of them since they're completely crazy, but it's very enjoyable.

LOVE HARD

Love hard es una película la cual vi sin ningún tipo de expectativas, de hecho solo la coloque para pasar el rato, pero me termino atrapando y me encantó, es una comedia romántica que a mi parecer no es nada aburrida y tiene un lindo final.

Love Hard is a movie that I watched without any expectations; in fact, I only put it on to pass the time, but it ended up captivating me and I loved it. It's a romantic comedy that, in my opinion, is not boring at all and has a nice ending.

Edward scissorhands

Esta no es una película navideña, pero si es una película que pasaban muchísimo en la tv en esta época navideña, supongo que encajaba muy bien por la estética, en algunos momentos vemos nieve, copos de nieve, etc. Edward scissorhands es una de mis películas favoritas, una historia conmovedora que jamás pasara de moda.

This isn't a Christmas movie, but it was a film that was shown a lot on TV during the Christmas season. I suppose it fit in well because of its aesthetic; at times we see snow, snowflakes, and so on. Edward Scissorhands is one of my favorite movies, a touching story that will never get old.

HOME ALONE

Home alone es un clásico navideño pero en mi caso ocupa un lugar en esta lista mas que todo por la nostalgia de ser una película que marco mi infancia y que siempre fue un icono de la época navideña, siempre que pasaban esta película en la tv ya sabias que la navidad estaba cerca, tantos recuerdos de verla en mi casa, o en la casa de mi abuela, depende de done pasara la navidad cada año.

Home Alone is a Christmas classic, but in my case, it occupies a place on this list mostly because of the nostalgia of being a film that marked my childhood and that was always an icon of the Christmas season. Whenever this movie was on TV, you knew that Christmas was near. So many memories of watching it at my house, or at my grandmother's house, depending on where I spent Christmas each year.

Estas son las que recuerdo por ahora y que mas me gustaron, hay demasiadas películas navideñas pero la mayoría no me gustan, para poner un ejemplo, nunca me gusto “el expreso polar” esa película daba miedo… O el grinch, me parecía ridícula y aburrida por el humor tan exagerado que maneja. Aun asi las películas navideñas siempre tienen un mensaje positivo de unión y compartir con las personas que amas y eso es lo mas importante, para mi eso significa la navidad.

These are the ones I remember for now and liked the most. There are so many Christmas movies, but I don't like most of them. For example, I never liked "The Polar Express"—that movie was scary. Or "The Grinch"—I found it ridiculous and boring because of its over-the-top humor. Even so, Christmas movies always have a positive message of togetherness and sharing with the people you love, and that's the most important thing. For me, that's what Christmas means.
