I have watched this Indian movie PK some years back and I recently watch it again then I understand the need to share it here, starring Aamir Khan, and I couldn’t help but think it’s one of the most unique films I’ve ever seen. It’s not just entertainment it’s a mix of comedy, drama, and life lessons that leave you thinking long after the viewing.

The story follows PK, an alien who comes to Earth and loses the remote control to a man. Without it, he can’t go back home. What follows is a series of adventures and misadventures as he went on a search for it but people on earth keep he will see it with God and the searching turns to looking for God. PK tries to understand what humans like, their languages, their beliefs, and their strange habits. Since he is new to our world, he asks the kind of simple, direct questions that make people uncomfortable like an insane especially about religion and the way people practice it.

One thing I loved about the movie is how it uses humor to deliver a serious message that people don't give much attention to. PK’s behavior is innocent but hilarious. For example, there’s a scene where he tries to understand why people wear different clothes for different gods. He ends up collecting a mix of religious symbols around his neck because he thinks it will help him reach God faster. There he uses yellow helmet for God to quickly see him among many religions. Another funny moment is when he learns language by holding people’s hands and ends up confusing words in the most awkward situations.

But beyond the laughs, PK is a movie with a big heart. It asks us to think about whether we follow traditions out of real belief or just because we were told to. It also shows how people sometimes use religion for power, instead of helping others. This message is delivered in a way that doesn’t attack anyone but makes you reflect.

The acting is top-notch kudos to him. Aamir Khan’s expressions, especially the wide-eyed innocence of PK, are unforgettable. Anushka Sharma as Jaggu brings warmth and energy to the story, and their friendship in the film is both funny and touching. The music is also worth mentioning songs like Love Is a Waste of Time ( I really love this song I could sing it every time) stay in my head long after watching.

Why should you watch PK?
First, because it’s genuinely very funny. Second, because it challenges you to think differently about things we often take for granted. And third, because it blends emotion and comedy in a way only Bollywood can.

In the end, PK is not just about an alien it’s about all of us, and how sometimes, it takes an outsider to remind us what really matters and in short it let's us know that there are two gods the one we create us.
I bet it with you if you watch this you will love it.
