Amigos de la comunidad, escribo acerca de una metáfora cinematográfica que representa la disociación social. Netflix en el catálogo, recomienda una perla visual del cine francés. En esta ocasión la proyección te invita a estar en movimiento; es decir, la mente no para en observar, analizar, criticar y reflexionar el argumento durante los ritmos que la constituye. Es una idea ya vista en pantalla, pero con un acabado atractivo técnico visual, dejando a disposición del espectador el debate sobre decisiones correctas e incorrectas según el contexto, los sentimientos y las creencias, los cuales son detonantes para ejercer cambios.
Atenea se estrenó en el 2022, el director Romain Gavras, hizo que los actores dramaticen el caos en todo su esplendor porque hay razones o acontecimientos deplorables que son necesarios de transmitir; el agravio desencadena una lucha y divide socialmente a Francia. La historia de género, acción y drama relata la trágica muerte de un niño en manos de la policía, lo que exacerba al barrio Atenea con disturbios en el que están involucrados tres hermanos.

Afirmo como espectadora que la secuencia visual me sacudió, interesante técnica en filmar un plano y pasar a otro, la sensación de adrenalina de enfocar el movimiento del actor te sitúa en primera persona. Esto sucedió casi toda la duración de la película; ver al grupo social, lleno de furia, es estar en una montaña rusa del caos; luego la velocidad mitiga, tiene la intención de suministrar datos relevantes para analizar y comprender el final de la película. Desde el principio el argumento está claro y sin desviarse del problema, sacude al cinéfilo con escenas cargadas de anarquía para después descender en recuerdos y reflexiones necesarios que exponen 3 conductas: pacífica, vengativa y ambiciosa. Los diálogos son en la mayoría agresivo Vs mesurado; los hermanos antagónicos tienen argumentos para justificar ideas de rebelión, de corrupción y de respeto que sirven de discurso fluido desde la necesidad de huir, de atacar y de rendirse.

Realmente me sentí en la cúspide digital del entretenimiento, la proyección del dramático dibuja hechos desmedidos porque el cine lo permite y a su vez te remonta al pensamiento griego dramático para ratificar que la tragedia social siempre va a existir. También comparto que para sentir tanta emoción, la música de estilo ópera, clásica y moderna al funcionarse suenan a crossover; igualmente los efectos (bombas, armas, objetos, autos, helicóptero, explosiones, etc.) hacen avivar la visión de los acontecimientos, es decir, te invitan a estar alerta, a disentir y a la vez ser empático; sentir las temperaturas de las escenas y pronto un vacío en espera de más acción. En pocas palabras, muy bien ejecutado el cólera en Atenea.

Las pocas escenas con luz difunde dolor y desconcierto. Además, el final te sorprende, primero la despedida de la cámara y la razón de la muerte de Idir el niño asesinado, se deben a ideas que no desvanece y es el motivo para detonar la guerra en la ciudad de Atenea. Una vez más felicito al director para valerse de esta herramienta visual y ventilar conceptos de superioridad en una cinta dinámica.

Por otra parte, la actuación estuvo de primera, tenemos al actor Sami Slimane, interpreta a Karin, el hermano vengativo que lidera al grupo de Atenea para hacer justicia; es conducido por impulsos de ira que le llevan a acciones sin sentido, teniendo resultados lamentables porque desconoce el arte de la guerra, sentí compasión por el personaje. Luego está Ouassinin Embarek, representa Mokhtar, un hermano, descontrolado, corrupto y agresivo que no quiere ser descubierto y la relación de hermanos es penosa, la rabia que le caracteriza, me enfadó, así que hizo efecto la actuación. Por último, está el protagonista, Dali Benssala, quien supo ponerse en la piel de Abdel, un hermano militar, correcto y calmado que busca solucionar el ambiente violento a través del diálogo y entendimiento con Karin; ayuda a desalojar a las familias, mientras agota todos los recursos para comunicarse con el hermano y retrasar la llegada de la policía a Atenea. Un personaje responsable, razonable y noble que algunos ignoran porque la convicción de lo sucedido los ciega; sin embargo, Abdel es arropado de forma voraz por las emociones, entonces padeces junto a él la reacción defensiva.

Si hay mucha acción, es un film activo, por favor tienes que verla porque merece ser valorada la producción que expone y critica el comportamiento social discriminatorio. Para muchos la mejor manera es terminar con el otro.
De las mejores películas del pasado año y me pareció que debió recibir más reconocimiento de la que tuvo.
Toda la secuencia del inicio es muy impresionante, de lo mejor que he visto y funciona para atraer la atención del espectador, ahora la historia de estos hermanos es una tragedia griega, una creada por la manera como una alta sociedad ve a un grupo de personas que no son tratadas como tal.
Ese es un gran film y su reseña es excelente.

Es LA PELÍCULA, es una joya como se presta para poner a la luz los problemas sociales al ritmo de quienes lo padecen. El director supo entrar en la conciencia del espectador con el juego dinámico de imágenes, asombro.
