This is a Canadian science fiction film directed by Allan Moyle and scripted by Christopher Pelham and Léopold St-Pierre.

The plot is set in a dystopian future where a revolutionary technology called "Xchange" has been developed. This technology allows one person's consciousness to be swapped with another's, transferring their mind into a different body.

The story follows an executive named Fisk (played by Stephen Baldwin) who works for a corporation that commercialises the Xchange technology.

Fisk gets caught up in a conspiracy when his mind is swapped with that of a terrorist named Toffler (played by Kyle MacLachlan).

As Fisk tries to unravel the truth behind the conspiracy, he encounters ambiguous, dangerous and mysterious characters.

Throughout the film, themes of identity, the ethics of technology and corporate manipulation are explored.

Xchange attempts to be a science fiction thriller with elements of intrigue and suspense, but fails to stand out in the genre.

The film received mixed reviews, with some praising its interesting premise and visual style, while others found it confusing and unconvincing.
