Sweet and Bitter (Review)

Hola querida comunidad de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien. Como siempre es un placer poder compartir con ustedes mi opinión y es que en estos meses de trajeo siempre es bueno despejar la mente con una buena película. Esta vez me vi “Dulce y Amargo” una historia que nos habla de cómo el amor puede y perdiendo su dulzura.

Hello dear Hive community, I hope you are doing well. As always it is a pleasure to share with you my opinion and in these months of suit is always good to clear the mind with a good movie. This time I watched "Sweet and Sour" a story that tells us how love can and does lose its sweetness.

La historia la podemos ver en Netflix, es una película Sur Coreana, dirigida por Lee Gae-byok y con un elenco conformado por Jang Ki-young (Jang-hyuk), Chae Soo-bin (Jung Da-eun), Krystal (Han Bo-yeong), Lee Woo- Je (Lee Jang-hyuk) quienes le dan vida a estos personajes que en menos de dos horas nos muestra como la rutina y la falta de afecto mata una relación, por cierto el dato curioso es una adaptación de Initiation Love.

The story can be seen on Netflix, it is a South Korean film, directed by Lee Gae-byok and with a cast consisting of Jang Ki-young (Jang-hyuk), Chae Soo-bin (Jung Da-eun), Krystal (Han Bo-yeong), Lee Woo- Je (Lee Jang-hyuk) who give life to these characters that in less than two hours shows us how routine and lack of affection kills a relationship, by the way the fun fact is an adaptation of Initiation Love.

La historia comienza en un hospital, donde un paciente recién ingresado de Hepatitis se vuelve muy amigo de una enfermera llamada Da-eun quien a medida que pasa el tiempo se va volviendo su crush, vemos cómo pasa el “tiempo” y Da-eun esta con su pareja Jang Hyunk quien le ofrecen un trabajo mejor fuera de la ciudad, mientras tanto ellos deciden tener una relación a distancia donde el ajetreo de ambos y la falta de comunicación de verdad nos hace ver las verdades de relaciones que acaban así por lo mismo.

The story begins in a hospital, where a newly admitted Hepatitis patient becomes close friends with a nurse named Da-eun who as time goes by becomes his crush, we see how "time" passes and Da-eun is with her partner Jang Hyunk who offers her a better job outside the city, meanwhile they decide to have a long distance relationship where the hustle and bustle of both and the lack of communication really makes us see the truths of relationships that end up like this for the same reason.

Para nadie es un secreto que Corea del Sur son estrictos desde que estudian hasta que comienzan a laborar, trabajan más de 50 horas señales y ese exceso de trabajo se puede ver en la película, pero por ello no es como se puede generalizar a esta pareja que puede ser cualquier pareja del mundo, que tengan trabaos diferentes y los cuales te consumen. Por un lado vemos a Jang Hyunk que es tipo de persona que como cualquiera, quiere superarse a nivel laboral pero como siempre eso tiene trabas, vemos como se desenvuelve en un ambiente competitivo y lejos de casas que para poder estar con su pareja debe viajar de ciudad en ciudad y eso termina pasando factura.

It is no secret that South Korea is strict from the time they study until they start working, they work more than 50 hours signals and that overwork can be seen in the film, but that is not how you can generalize this couple that can be any couple in the world, who have different jobs and which consume you. On the one hand we see Jang Hyunk who is the kind of person who, like anyone else, wants to improve himself at work but as always that has obstacles, we see how he manages in a competitive environment and away from home that in order to be with his partner must travel from city to city and that ends up taking its toll.

Por otro lado vemos a Da-eun que trabaja de enfermera, la cual incluso tiene turnos de 48 horas y no sé si eso sea legal y no es por trabajar en el área de la salud pero cualquier profesión relacionadas con atender pacientes siempre es desgastante, con esta dinámica de ver la relación a distancia es que se desarrolla la película, he de decir que por momentos me aburrió porque se enfocaba mucho en Jang Hyunk que me resultaba un poco altanero y grosero cosa que me molestaba, por su parte algo que si le daba un plus era los momentos de escena donde salía los mensajes que se mandaban por el teléfono.

On the other hand we see Da-eun who works as a nurse, which even has 48 hour shifts and I don't know if that's legal and it's not for working in the health area but any profession related to attending patients is always exhausting, with this dynamic of seeing the relationship at a distance is that the film develops, I must say that at times I was bored because it focused a lot on Jang Hyunk who I found a little haughty and rude thing that bothered me, on the other hand something that if it gave a plus was the moments of scene where he left the messages sent by phone.

No es por justificar a ninguno, pero la verdad el distanciamiento y la falta de atención si mata una relación, ya no sentirse enamorado de tu pareja conlleva incluso desear otras personas como le resulto a “uno” de los protagonistas. Pero Jang Hyunk siento que era el que más se quejaba porque a pesar de su cansancio ella quería poder recuperar la relación aunque si podemos ver un quiebre por “lo que sucede entre ellos” siento que fue la gota que derramo el vaso y de resto iba en decadencia. La verdad el título a esta historia le va muy bien y esta chévere para reflexionar con tu pareja le pondría un 8/10 porque el final vale mucho la pena y quede satisfecho porque en realidad tiene detalles que se explican al final y tiene una resolución digamos que feliz para mi 

Not to justify anyone, but the truth is that distancing and lack of attention does kill a relationship, no longer feeling in love with your partner even leads to desiring other people as it happened to "one" of the protagonists. But Jang Hyunk I feel that he was the one who complained the most because despite his tiredness she wanted to recover the relationship although we can see a break because of "what happens between them" I feel that it was the straw that broke the camel's back and the rest was going downhill. The truth is that the title of this story goes very well and it's cool to reflect with your partner I would give it an 8/10 because the ending is very worthwhile and I was satisfied because it actually has details that are explained at the end and has a resolution let's say happy for me 
