Hi Movies & Tv Shows community friends.

Hollywood and Bollywood action films are admittedly very cool and are in great demand by action film lovers from all over the world, but Korean action thriller films cannot be underestimated either.

Now our eyes are starting to turn to watching the Korean film Actin Thriller which in my opinion is more exciting to watch and the scenes shown also look more brutal which makes our hearts race when we watch it.

The film I just finished watching tonight is entitled I Saw The Devil, for lovers of psychopath films, I'm sure everyone will like this film.

The synopsis of this film tells the story of a South Korean secret agent's extraordinary revenge against a psychopath who brutally murdered his wife.

The context of this film refers to the anger of a man named Kim Soo-hyeon, played by a famous actor from South Korea named Lee Byung-hun who wants to take revenge on a mysterious psychopath named Kyung Chul who mutilated his wife, Joo-yeon, played by Oh San Ha, to death.

Watching this film also made me feel angry with the character of the crazy psychopath in the film, I felt very annoyed with him as if I wanted to be Soo-hyeon to help him find the psychopath who killed his wife.

However, this film made me very satisfied when I enjoyed every exciting storyline, because throughout the film we will be shown Soo-hyeon's brutal actions against the psychopath while avenging his wife's death.

The psychopath was killed slowly by Soo-hyeon, starting from breaking his legs, cutting his leg tendons to hitting him hard with a hammer. After feeling that the psychopath was being tortured, Soo-hyeon deliberately let him go so he could run to treat himself.

Because Soo-hyeon is a great intelligence agent, he deliberately installed a tracking device on the psychopath's body so that they could meet again as soon as possible, so Soo-hyeon could torture him again.

Apart from the psychopath who is the antagonist character in the film, Soo-hyeon is also often prevented by the police from prosecuting the psychopath legally.

However, now the director Kim Jee-woon is more on the side of us viewers of this film, because the psychopath is always able to escape from the police, and the clever Soo-hyeon always finds him to torture him brutally.

Every tense and brutal scene in the film made me even more excited to watch this film because I felt that my revenge against the psychopath was also avenged after I was shown the scene of the psychopath torturing Joo-yeon at the beginning of the film.

Maybe we will all be made to agree with the storyline of this film, the best revenge against a psychopath is to torture him, not to imprison him.

As long as I watch films that tell stories about psychopaths and revenge, this is the first film that makes me feel very satisfied after watching it.

The brutal and bloody action in the film also looks very real, perhaps mentally weak people and children are not recommended to watch this film because it is that scary.

In addition, the sound system in the film shows scenes of beatings, cutting, and screams that sound very real. The sounds of screams of pain made in this film really made me very enthusiastic about watching this film.

My opinion about this film, even though this film was released in 2010, currently this film still looks very modern from various sectors, starting from the acting of each actor, the video editing style, the visual communication looks like a Korean film that was released in 2024 .

From all aspects, I don't see any shortcomings in this film, and my assessment of this film is in line with the 7.8 points given by the IMDB site.

The actors used in making this film were all great South Korean actors such as Lee Byung-hun, Oh San Ha, In-seo Kim, Choi Min Sik and others.

What makes this film look even more epic is that the acting and facial expressions of each actor are very suitable for the characters they play, such as Lee Byung-hun who always looks serious and the psychopath Kyung Chul, played by Choi Min Sik, looks stupid and has a very annoying facial expression when seen.

The choice of location and atmosphere is dimly lit so that it has a dominant dark feel throughout the film, making the eerie aura of this 141 minute film even more radiant.

The conclusion that can be drawn from this film is that you should never allow your wife and loved ones to walk alone to a strange place, especially at night, because disaster can strike at any time and your life is at stake.

If someone we love and care for becomes a victim of robbery and murder by these cruel criminals, then it no longer means anything even if we succeed in avenging them, because dead people never live again.

Therefore, protect the people we love so that we can all always live happily and avoid disasters like the murder in this film.

This is a very epic review of the film I Saw The Devil, see you in the next film review.
