LA LA LAND (a musical film)

Hello Movie Lovers!!

It's been a while since I last posted a movie review here. I’ve been a bit tired and frustrated after suffering from typhoon Tino, and I haven't been able to do anything.

In addition, we lost our Smart TV, which I always used to watch movies and TV series. It's hard for me to use a smartphone because I can't see it clearly, but thankfully, my daughter @tegoshei allowed me to use her tablet. So here I am coming back here to share a review. And here it is.

La La Land is a 2016 musical movie starring Ryan Gosling as Sebastian and Emma Stone as Mia.

Sebastian and Mia are drawn together by their shared desire to do what they love, chasing their dreams but often facing failure. But they help each other push toward their dreams.

Eventually, they fall in love. Their relationship was passionate and sweet, and they respected each other's dreams and goals in life. It seems that they were meant to be until they went their separate ways.

The question is, what is the reason for their separation? Is it for their own good or not? Well, it's for you to find out then.

All I can say is, this movie is captivating and inspiring.
The songs were so good that you can sing along with and dance to them.

One of the scenes that captivated me and made me fall in love was when Mia and Sebastian were dancing in zero gravity. The cinematography was absolutely stunning, and I'm sure this scene will have a huge impact on viewers.

The other scene that broke my heart was when they met after 5 years, and Mia found out that Sebastian had also achieved his dreams and succeeded. It really hurt, especially when she found out that the name of the club she was suggested before was the one Sebastian used, too. When Sebastian played the piano with Mia's presence with someone else, that was really sad, and it broke my heart, as I always love a story with a happy ending.

But in the end, I also realized that it's for the best, and they had a chance to say goodbye and find closure as they both gave each other a meaningful smile of understanding, and to move on and let go.

I think the lesson from this movie is that balancing dreams and love reminds us that life doesn't always go as planned, and the desire to achieve our dreams or goals in life needs necessary sacrifices.

Overall, it's a wonderful movie. I may not be happy with the ending, but I can accept it. You can understand me once you watch this movie. And I highly recommend this to you to watch, and you'll see what I mean. I hope you'll give it a try.
