It has been a week since I went to the theatres to watch ANIMAL with one of my buddies and today I am here to give a Review of the Movie as to how I felt about the Movie and if it is worth watching or not.

So one thing that I can say for sure about this movie is that the Director of the Movie that is Sandeep Reddy Vanga didn't give a single FK as to how people may react to his movie as there are a lot of scenes and characters that our Society currently deem as Taboo or Bad. The Violence shown in this movie was just another level, yes the fight scenes were not choreographed as a Movie Fight but it was downright Brutal with lots of Blood and Teardown of overall everything.

I would also like to state in the beginning that this movie is not for the people that are very sensitive to social issues as this Movie doesn't just tread along the lines, it completely ignores those lines and wears those Social Issues as a Coat. So Sensitive people would get their feelings hurt a lot and when I say a lot I mean a whole lot.

It is Absolute Bloodshed and Typically Masculine

The image of both Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol and even the Side Characters are depicted with absolute Violence in mind where one is blinded by the Love of his Father and the other is simply wanting Revenge. In both cases, we see some absolute bloodshed and violence and in the case of Ranbir Kapoor we see his character development from Childhood where you can see how he developed the character of a Misogynistic Man who looks down upon a lot of people and this character develops over time where we see at one point Ranbir Kapoor being slapped by his father to the endpoint where Ranbir Kapoor yells at his father.

Some of you may watch the movie and say that Fatherly Love or more exactly the Need for Fatherly Love doesn't take a turn like this but you will be sad to hear that it does in some rare cases. It is no secret that the bond between a Father and a Son is unlike anything else where there are not a whole lot of emotions shown but LOVE is always there.

The first half of the story revolves around the Character development of Ranvir Kapoor but mid-way through the movie Anil Kapoor who is the Dad of Ranvir Kapoor in the Movie gets shot and that triggers a whole new chapter of revenge and bloodshed where Ranvir Kapoor stops at absolutely nothing to Kill those guys who tried to kill his Dad and he will do some bad shit crazy stuff like even cheating on his wife just to get information.

So yeah the Movie will showcase some very uncomfortable moments.

The Villain Arc consists of Bobby Deol and his brothers who just want to destroy Anil Kapoor's Legacy which is his Steel Factory and the only way he deemed it to be done was to kill everyone in his family. Yes, I can see how this is dark in so many ways but hey that's why the Movie is as it is. Truth be told I was expecting a lot more Screen Time from Bobby Deol and it was sad to see how Bobby Deol dies at the end.

Truth be told I had a preconception about Bobby Deol and I thought he would be victorious in the last battle but sadly he died and we now have a whole new timeline in our hands with the new ANIMAL PARK still, I had high hopes that we would get a lot of Bobby Deol Scenes.

Regardless of everything I will suggest that this Movie is a must-watch but only if you are not sensitive to Social Issues.

I just watched this movie yesterday and I liked it very much. If people with social issues have problem with such films then they should not watch such films. Fun movie, fun cast and fun songs.

Correctly said, this film is for adults for a reason. I have to say that watching the movie with a housefull audience made me feel a tad bit weird but that was only for a couple of scenes, other than that I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of that 3 hour movie.

This film also tells that if women feel that a person is wrong then they have the right to leave him. No one is understanding that fathers also have to give time to their children. Well, those who want to burn will burn.
