Chorowanie przez weekend ma tę zaletę, że można sobie z życia ukraść półtorej godzinki na obejrzenie kolejnego filmu. Tak jak pisałam przy części drugiej, tu znowu powrócił reżyser znany z części pierwszej, i widać to od pierwszych scen. Ogólnie, to bardzo dobrze mi się ten film oglądało w warstwie artystycznej, ujęć, scenografii, gry aktorskiej. Nieco gorzej z fabułą. Jeśli kogoś bawi humor związany z ranieniem najbliższych, intensywnym pijactwem i podpalaniem hotelu, to gratuluję humoru. Choć może to tylko udawało, że chce być komedią, a może wewnątrz serduszka jest dramatem? Kto wie.
Being sick for a weekend has the advantage of stealing an hour and a half from your life to watch another film. As I wrote about the second part, the director known from the first one is back here, and it's evident from the very first scenes. Overall, I really enjoyed this film, in terms of the art, the shots, the set design, and the acting. The plot is a bit less appealing. If someone finds humor in hurting loved ones, heavy drinking, and burning down a hotel, then congratulations on the humor. Although maybe it was just pretending to be a comedy, or maybe it's a drama deep inside? Who knows.
No ale trzeba przyznać, zdjęcia są niezłe, a scenografia również, aż oddaje zapach tej starej knajpy i "prowincji", co zresztą też podkreśla bohaterka grana przez Ostaszewską, na każdym kroku.
But you have to admit, the cinematography is good, and the set design too, it captures the scent of this old pub and the "province", which is also emphasized by the character played by Ostaszewska at every step.
Ta kwestia ranienia najbliższych, z którymi spędziło się tyle lat, i którzy tak bardzo kochają, jest przykra. Ponowne wybaczanie, tych ranionych, jest naiwne i też przykre. I tak sobie teraz pisząc te słowa odnoszę tym większe wrażenie, że z komedii to tu wiele nie ma naprawdę. A w płaszczyźnie smutnego obyczajowego bądź dramatu ocena jest wyższa w mojej perspektywie.
This whole thing about hurting loved ones you've spent so many years with and who love you so deeply is painful. Forgiving those you've hurt again is naive and equally painful. And even as I write this, I'm even more impressed that there's not much of a comedy here. And as a sad, moral drama, the rating is higher, in my opinion.
