Series: Silo from 2023

Hi everyone. Just watched the series Silo from 2023, have you seen it? Incredibly good, I was hooked from the start and finished it in a couple of days hehe.😃

It's about a silo underground where people have sought refuge after a devastating disaster that happened once, they don't know when because they don't know who built the silo or how they ended up there. Everything in the series is about life in the silo, which consists of 144 floors. The series is based on a popular book trilogy by Hugh Howey, probably why it was so good. We follow the life of Juliette, an engineer in the silo who finds out secrets and lies about the silo and life there. Juliette is played by actress Rebecca Ferguson and I really liked her in the series, I thought she delivered and performed well. The series was engrossing for me, kept me in the lead because of good action, mystery and drama and a dose of humor at times. One of the best things about the series was that it had some surprising twists and shocking revelations that made me want to see more, all the time, that's why it only took a couple of days haha.

I have also heard that there will be a season 2 of the series and I can't wait to see what happens next and that it answers some of the unanswered questions from season 1. I hope that the series continues to keep me on my toes. Can't say much more then I'll reveal what partially happened in season 1. It was certainly good entertainment, and I give the series a strong 8, and recommend it to anyone who likes science fiction, dystopia and drama.
