The Flash: A Thrilling Journey Through Time and Consequences

The Flash (2023) REVIEW

The story is about The Flash tries to save his mother and goes to the past to change his future. Then he creates a world without heroes and General Zod has returned. The flash trying to fix everything and go back to his world.

• This is one of the best DC movies so far.
• It has fun with a time travel plot, and also dives right into all that multiverse stuff that's all the rage at this point.
• Poor CGI quality, CGI is very dodgy, especially during a certain moment. Literally features the worst CGI.
• Nudity and a fair amount of bad languages.
• The story is basic to be a contemporary superhero movie. Besides it contains humor which feels excessive. All the jokes were so poor and ill placed.
• This film jumps from scene to scene with no balance.
• There's the run time and for a movie that was so fast paced in addition it was incredibly slow.
• Supergirl also shows up and it's actually pretty cool to see two Flashes, Supergirl, and Keaton Batman team up to battle Zod.

The Flash

Barry Allen is alone his mother is dead and father is in jail. His father is about to be sent to jail permanently for allegedly killing Barry’s mother. So, one night he runs incredibly fast, breaks through the space-time continuum, and ends up in a Speed Force globe of sorts. Which he can use to appear at different points in his life.

He told Batman about his time travelling but Despite Bruce Wayne’s warnings about fixing past can have bad consequences.

Barry still decides to go back to the point where Barry’s mother and He thinks that if his mother gets her tomatoes, then the subsequent events won’t happen thereby ensuring her survival.

After that he tries to go back in his time However he went to alternate timeline where his mother is alive, his father is not a criminal, and an alternate 18 year old version of him already exists. Barry was getting annoyed by his own version who was very silly and taking things lightly.

When they learn that Zod is about to destroy that iteration of Earth, they reach out to Batman for help. He found Batman but he didn’t look the same as in Barry’s World. After that he realised Then he creates a world without justice league members. So they started to look for superman.

Supergirl was their big gun in the fight against Zod and his army of Kryptonians because Kal-El never made it to Earth and never became Super-Man as he was killed by Zod.

During the clash with Zod supergirl dies. The fight didn’t go as planned because Supergirl and Batman both died. 2013-Barry’s desperate attempts to reverse her fate led him to become the dark Speedster from another timeline.

Like every other multiverse story in existence, The Flash is about letting go of the past after realizing that the repercussions of changing it are too destructive. But the younger version of flash won’t accept the reality and he wants to keep trying to change the past.

Dark Flash couldn’t accept as he became the dark entity obsessed. The Dark Flash spent a long time trying to alter the timeline to his favor and become who he was.
While that was happening, different worlds started colliding with one another as the original Barry realized that he needed to allow his mom to die to prevent a multiversal collapse.

When the Dark Flash attacked Barry to try to stop him from returning in time, the younger Barry stepped in to take the attack. As the younger Barry died, the Dark Flash also died because they were the same person.

The flash Realizing that he should just bring things back to the way they were, Barry bids a final tearful goodbye to his mother before undoing his actions. However, when Barry notices a security camera in the grocery store, he can't help but feel has an opportunity to make one teeny tiny change to his future. Once he does Barry is gone back in his original timeline but also realizes that he's running late for his father's parole hearing.

At the courthouse where after years of wrongful incarceration, Barry’s father is finally exonerated of the murder of his wife. After that finally he is able to get a date with his long-time crush Iris West. Just like that, Barry gets a happy ending, but not before he gets a call from Bruce Wayne's phone number.

We can hear Bruce's voice on the phone but voice doesn't sound like Ben Affleck. The Bruce Wayne who exits the car is played by none other than George Clooney making this the first time the actor has played the character since Batman & Robin. So it’s clear that Barry's change to save his father caused yet another butterfly effect in the DCEU which lead to Clooney's return as Batman.

The movie makes it clear that time travel doesn’t have a linear effect on the timeline.

The Flash’s use of time travel also hinges heavily on the concept of fixed points in time events that happen the same way in all timelines. Overall I loved this movie than any other movies from DC. I am not a DC fan so it was a good one. I will not rewatch this movie but had a great time once.
