Looking at old wooden buildings be it houses barns mills the thought of their importance may come which sometimes makes you think about other building materials when choosing them before building your own home for example.

But if you take into account the fact that these buildings are more than a hundred years old and try to project a brick building of the same age next to a wooden building then the brick will not look more fundamental than this wooden building.

Well wood will always have its own unique character and color.
