Esta negrita bella y hermosa llamada Maisie me hizo emocionar, reír y disfrutar en grande por su alocadas ocurrencias. Maisie Brumble es el nombre del personaje principal de esta pelicula. Ella es un niña alegre, ecuánime, extrovertida, creativa, soñadora y valiente !Toda un ensueño!

Definitivamente, las películas de animadas nos dice que los sueños sí tienen valor, todos podemos aprender a ser felices haciendo volar nuestra imaginación.
Me centre en esta historia observando la actitud de la protagonista. Cuánta energía, cuántas ganas de enfrentarse al mundo, cuánto deseo de validar lo que los libros afirmaban con tanta seguridad.

Definitely, animated movies tell us that dreams do have value, we can all learn to be happy by making our imagination fly.
I focused on this story by observing the attitude of the protagonist. How much energy, how much desire to face the world, how much desire to validate what the books affirmed so confidently.
En la hermosa historia animada, la negrita de rizos espectaculares da vida a los personajes de un libro. Ella y otros niños se encuentran internos en un orfanato por diferentes razones. Ella, particularmente, dice ser hija de los mejores cazadores monstruos marinos.
Lo cierto del asunto es que Maisie suele ser tan inquieta que en medio de su inocencia y su espíritu aventurero decide escapar del orfanato para adentrarse en algo que parece imposible, seguir el legado de sus padres cazando monstruos marinos.
Esta decisión de Maisie trae consigo serias consecuencias. Su impulsividad l lleva a meterse en cada problema que bueno... Aún así, no todo es tan malo porque la muchacha también ejecuta acciones que salvan vidas jajaja.
Poco a poco, Maisie va descubriendo cosas sobre el origen del enfrentamiento entre humanos y monstruos. Poco a poco se da cuenta que los personajes de sus libros no son literalmente como ella había leido. Eso de alguna manera la decepciona.
In the beautiful animated story, the little black girl with spectacular curls brings to life the characters in a book. She and other children find themselves boarders in an orphanage for different reasons. She, in particular, claims to be the daughter of the best sea monster hunters.
The truth of the matter is that Maisie is usually so restless that in the midst of her innocence and adventurous spirit she decides to escape from the orphanage to go into something that seems impossible, to follow her parents' legacy by hunting sea monsters.
Maisie decision brings with it serious consequences. His impulsivity leads him to get into any trouble he can... Even so, not everything is so bad because the girl also executes actions that save lives hahaha.
Little by little, Maisie discovers things about the origin of the confrontation between humans and monsters. Gradually she realizes that the characters in her books are not literally as she had read. That somehow disappoints her.

Lo que sí me gustaría compartir a mayor profundidad son los mensajes de esta película animada. En comparación de otras películas , las animaciones tratan de entregar lecciones de calidad.
Desde acá se resalta el respeto como uno de los valores principales. La relación de Maisie y Jacob, va tomando fuerzas en la medida en que juntos superan obstáculos. Así mismo, otros personajes como el capitán, a pesar de sus imposiciones y deseos de ser reconocido, también práctica el respeto frente a su tripulación.
El amor, nada más valorado en la película animada que el amor hacia todo lo que está cerca y a la vez lejos de Meisi. A veces estos mensajes implícitos cuestan descifrarlo pero mientras vamos digiriendo la trama, nos acercamos a ese mundo de sueños y fantasía que quisiéramos hacer realidad.
El escenario se presta para hacer volar la imaginación. Particularmente, ese sentido de la contemplación se despertó en mí y me hizo vivir la aventura apoyando cada decisión tomada con valentía por la pequeña niña y cómplice para hacer el bien.
What I would like to share in more depth are the messages of this animated film. Compared to other movies, the animations try to deliver quality lessons.
From here, respect is highlighted as one of the main values. Maisie and Jacob's relationship grows stronger as they overcome obstacles together. Likewise, other characters such as the captain, despite his impositions and desire to be recognized, also practice respect in front of his crew.
Love, nothing more valued in the animated film than love for all that is near and yet far from Meisi. Sometimes these implicit messages are hard to decipher, but as we digest the plot, we get closer to that world of dreams and fantasy that we would like to make come true.
The scenery lends itself to make the imagination fly. Particularly, that sense of contemplation was awakened in me and made me live the adventure supporting every decision taken with courage by the little girl and accomplice to do good.

I haven't had a chance to see it, but I have seen other reviews and they are all positive. Apparently it is an excellent animated production available on netflix, worth watching. All these productions have a nice message that makes you think and can be watched with the family.

Hola amiga, esta película es muy bonita, emotiva y con muy buenos mensajes motivadores. Tuve la oportunidad de verla varias veces y una me cansare de verla, puesto que esa aventura y cada uno de las misiones que hacen para encontrar esos monstruos, son increíbles. Además la personalidad de la pequeña joven es única, la cual gracias a su inquietud y su manera de hacer las cosas, logra ganarse el corazón de muchos. Gracias por compartirlo con nosotros.

Es una película bastante excelente me gustó mucho la trama los personajes y sobre todo la animación me recordó mucho a la película de cómo entrenar a tu dragón pero es más interesante y tiene un final bastante bonito.
