Kaze Tachinu [The Wind Rises] ESP/ENG
Hello Hello internet people, how are you? Today I would like to tell you about a film I just saw, it is one of those that fill your soul and leave a mark in your life, and of course it had to come from the hand of Ghibli Studios, since they are not only experts in animation but also in telling great stories. This time it tells us a real life story of Jirō Horikoshi, a Japanese engineer expert in aeronautics, which since childhood had the vision of being the best pilot, however due to his myopia he could not fly planes but this means that he did not fulfill his dream because he was destined for the big and became a great builder of warplanes, in fact he was responsible for designing the Zero fighter plane that was used during the second world war specifically in Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

Hoy me gustaría hablarles de un film que acabo de ver, es de esos que te llenan el alma y dejan una huella en tu vida, y desde luego tenía que venir de la mano de los Estudios Ghibli, ya que no solo son expertos en animación sino también en contar historias grandiosas. En esta ocasión nos cuenta una historia de la vida real Jirō Horikoshi, un ingeniero japonés experto en aeronáutica, el cuál desde niño tuvo la visión de ser el mejor piloto, sin embargo a propósito de su miopía no pudo pilotear aviones pero esto quiere decir que no cumplió su sueño pues estaba destinado para lo grande y se convirtió en un gran constructor de aviones de guerra, de hecho fue el encargado de diseñar el avión de combate Zero que fue usado durante la segunda guerra mundial específicamente en el ataque de Japón a Pearl Harbor el 7 de diciembre de 1941.
What I liked the most is that the movie not only explores Jirō's professional life, but also his personal life, how he fell in love with the girl who later became his wife and how he tried to see her again by going to her house, but when two souls are meant to be together that's how it will be in the end. I liked how he reacted to the environment around him and how he was indeed inspired by nature, it is amazing how through a simple fishbone he was able to design the perfect curvature for the wings of his airplane, he was a born perfectionist but he was also inspired by those simple things .
Lo que más me gustó es que la película no solamente explora la vida profesional de Jirō, sino también su vida personal, como se enamoró de la chica que posteriormente se convirtió en su esposa y como intentaba volver a verla yendo a su casa, pero cuando dos almas están destinadas a estar juntas así será al final de cuentas. Me gustaba como él reaccionaba al entorno que lo rodeaba y como de hecho se inspiraba en la naturaleza, es sorprendente como a través de una simple espina de pescado pudo diseñar la curvatura perfecta para las alas de su avión, era un perfeccionista nato pero también se dejaba inspirar por esas cosas simples.
As for the animation the wind is the protagonist in this film and it is noticeable in every scene, somo moves fluidly and shakes the hair and clothes of the characters and all the light objects like umbrellas and hats, in fact one of the ones I like the most is when Naoko is painting and suddenly a strong wind rips her umbrella that later catches Jiro with great skill. It's amazing to see how detailed that scene is, how the protagonist's hair reacts and how you can tell that the intensity of the wind is increasing, even how you can see it blowing across the lawn, I don't know how to explain it, I love that scene too much. The wind could then be taken as a metaphor for how changeable life itself can be, uncontrollable, sometimes stormy and relentless and at other times pleasant and peaceful.
En cuanto a la animación el viento es el protagonista en esta película y se nota en cada escena, somo se mueve de forma fluida y agita los cabellos y la ropa de los personajes y todos los objetos ligeros como paraguas y sombreros, de hecho una de las que más me gusta es cuando Naoko está pintando y de pronto un fuerte viento le arranca el paraguas que posteriormente atrapa Jiro con gran destreza. Es asombroso ver lo detallada de esa escena, como reacciona el cabello de la protagonista y como se nota que va arreciando la intensidad del viento, incluso como se ve que va pasando por el césped, no sé como explicarlo, amo demasiado esa escena. El viento podría ser tomado entonces como una metáfora de lo cambiante que puede ser la vida misma, incontrolable, a veces tempestuosa e implacable y en otras agradable y apacible
The landscapes are beautiful and detailed, even the characters, despite keeping the iconic cartoonish touch of the studio, maintain a certain realism that goes along with the story told, maintaining a certain seriousness. I really enjoyed seeing the characters' strokes, extremely fluid, both when Naoko was painting and when Jiro was doing mathematical calculations.
Los paisajes son hermosos y detallistas, incluso los personajes, a pesar de guardar el icónico toque caricaturesco del estudio mantiene cierto realismo que va acorde con la historia contada, mantiene cierta seriedad. Me gustó mucho ver los trazos de los personajes, sumamente fluidos, tanto cuando Naoko pintaba como cuando Jiro estaba haciendo cálculos matemáticos.
I love the teaching that this wonderful work of Ghibli leaves: life can change in an instant, the wind can blow strong and take away what you love, it often happens in wars, but it's about how you recover from what happened, how you face adversity and become stronger. Japan was very backward in aeronautics at that time, but Jiro was able to reverse that situation, and he did it not only with the knowledge acquired at the university, but also with the experience of nature itself and obviously the plight in which the country found itself due to the war and its excesses.
Amo la enseñanza que deja esta maravillosa obra de Ghibli: la vida puede cambiar en un instante, el viento puede soplar fuerte y llevarse lo que amas, sucede a menudo en las guerras, pero se trata de como te repones a lo sucedido, como enfrentas a la adversidad y te haces más fuerte. Japón estaba muy atrasado en materia de aeronáutica en esa época, pero Jiro fue capaz de revertir esa situación, y lo hizo no solo con los conocimientos adquiridos en la universidad, sino con los que le confirió la experiencia de la propia naturaleza y obviamente la situación apremiante en la que se encontraba el país a propósito de la guerra y sus desmanes.

Es hermosa esta pelicula, sin duda deja una clara enseñanza de que cuando el viento se levanta, arrasa y te puede cambiar la vida en un segundo, pero esta en las adversidades el aprendizaje y la sabiduria 🙏 una pelicula que te hace apreciar mas la vida y a las personas que amas ❤️
