Hello, internet folks, how's it going? Today I'm bringing you a film that really pleasantly surprised me, as I didn't expect the ending. Two things caught my attention about the film: that it's set in the 1960s (the 1950s fashion trend continues, which I love) and that Anne Hathaway is in it.

Celine and Alice are best friends who are mothers, and their children are also best friends and neighbours. When Celine's son dies in front of Alice in a tragic accident, Alice begins to think that Celine hates her because she believes she should have done more to save the boy. From there, a series of strange events unfold, leading to a terrifying ending.

Celine y Alice son mejores amiga que son madres y sus hijos también son mejores amigos y vecinos. Cuando el hijo de Celine muere frente a Alice en un tragico accidente, Alice empieza a pensar que Celine esta odiando la porque creeque debió hacer más por el niño para salvarlo. A partir de ahí ocurre una serie de sucesos extraños que desembocan en un final aterrador

The performances are quite good; in fact, the weight of the entire film rests on them and the scripts. The characters played by both actresses are quite ambiguous, and they add nuances that blur the intentions of the characters they portray. This is how you think the plot is going in one direction, when suddenly everything changes and then suddenly returns to the same point... it is unpredictable thanks to the script, the performances and, of course, the good direction.

Las actuaciones son bastante buenas, de hecho el peso de toda la película recae en estas y en los guiones. Los personajes de ambas actrices son bastante ambiguos y ellas le ponen matices que desdibujan las intenciones de los personajes que representan, es de esta manera que crees que la trama va por un lado, cuado de repente cambia todo y a la vuelta siguiente de repente vuelve al mismo punto... es impredecible gracia al guión, las actaciones y claro está la buena dirección

The story is based on a book (which I would like to read) and I find it quite interesting. It reminds me of ‘The Hand That Rocks the Cradle,’ but with mothers (those who have seen that film will understand where the plot is going). I found it very interesting, although not particularly original. However, the plot is so well executed that it does not feel like a rehash or just another film. Personally, I highly recommend it, even though I haven't been enjoying recent films that much lately, or at least I haven't liked most of them so far.

La hisoria está basadaen un libro (el cual me gustaría leer) y me parece bastante interesante, me recuerda a la de "La mano que mece la cuna" pero versión madres (los que hayan visto ese film ya entenderán por donde van los tiros de la trama) me pareció muy interesante aunque no novedoso, sin embargo lo bien que está llevada la trama hace que no sesienta como un refrito o una más. En lo personal para mies muy recomendada y eso que últimamente no me gustan tanto las películas reciente o de momento la mayoría no me ha gustado
