Review film No Hard Feelings. [ENG-ESP]
Me lleve una gran sorpresa con esta película, hace un tiempo leí una reseña que no me inspiró interés y luego vi el tráiler en la que me pareció una película de comedia erótica más sobre como perder la virginidad en la juventud, algo parecido a American Pie y otras de las que no puedo recordar nombres en este momento, el caso es que esta película no es solo eso, aunque si está catalogada dentro del género de la comedia también tiene un mensaje y un desarrollo que me gustó mucho.
Tiene como protagonista a Jennifer Lawrence, actriz que conocí en la saga de Los Juegos del Hambre y Andrew Barth Feldman un joven cantante y actor de teatro que no había visto en otra película.
I got a big surprise with this movie, some time ago I read a review that did not inspire me interest and then I saw the trailer in which I thought it was another erotic comedy movie about how to lose your virginity in youth, something similar to American Pie and others that I can not remember names at the moment, the thing is that this movie is not just that, although it is cataloged within the comedy genre also has a message and a development that I liked a lot.
It stars Jennifer Lawrence, an actress I met in the saga of The Hunger Games and Andrew Barth Feldman a young singer and theater actor that I had not seen in another film.
Maddie (Jennifer Lawrence), es una mujer de 32 años que vive en Montauk, un lugar visitado por los vacacionistas y dónde muchas personas adineradas tienen sus casas de verano. Maddie ha vivido toda la vida en la casa que su mamá le heredó, se encuentra en bancarrota y cuando su auto con el que trabaja como Uber es embargado, en temporada de vacaciones donde más produce dinero, no puede cubrir sus gastos y mucho menos los impuestos de su casa, por lo que se encuentra a punto de perderla.
Debe buscar una entrada de dinero que le ayude a salvar su casa. Aquí es cuando tiene la idea de aceptar el trabajo propuesto por los padres de Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman) un joven de 19 años que esta apunto de irse a estudiar a la universidad, pero que sus padres consideran necesita de ayuda para abrirse e incorporarse en la sociedad, ya que casi no sale de su habitación, no toma bebidas alcohólicas, no tiene amigos ni novia.
La propuesta de estos padres que al principio buscaban un chica de menos de 25 años, consiste en que Maddie salga son su hijo para prepararlo para su vida universitaria, pero cuando digo salir no es solo ir al cine y a comer, ellos buscan una mujer con experiencia que inicie a su hijo en la vida sexual. A cambio de este trabajo, los padres de Percy le pagarían con un auto que haría que Maddie no perdiera su casa.
Maddie (Jennifer Lawrence) is a 32-year-old woman who lives in Montauk, a place visited by vacationers and where many wealthy people have their summer homes. It is then when it occurs to him to accept the job proposed by the parents of Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman) a 19 year old young man who is about to leave to study at the university, but that his parents consider that he needs help to open up and join society, since he hardly leaves his room, does not drink alcoholic beverages, has no friends or girlfriend.
The proposal of these parents, who were initially looking for a girl under 25 years old, consists of Maddie going out with their son to prepare him for his college life, but when I say going out, it is not just going to the movies and eating, they are looking for a woman with experience to initiate their son in sexual life. In exchange for this job, Percy’s parents would pay him with a car that would prevent Maddie from losing her house.
Hasta este punto fue todo lo que esperaba, una obsesión por lograr que este niño tuviera sexo con ella, aunque no es un niño porque tiene 19 años. Para Maddie, entre más pronto lograra que Percy se convirtiera en hombre, así mismo ella podría tener su auto y salvar su casa.
Estás primeras escenas fueron un poco molestas pero a la vez cómicas, ya que si parecía que lo quisiera violar y el pobre muchacho no entendía ninguna de las señales, ni los mensajes sexuales que ella enviaba, era muy cómico porque aunque él no es un niño se comporta y tiene la inocencia de uno y Maddie no encontraba como hacer para despertar ese instinto animal que seguro tenía por dentro.
Este es el primer personaje de comedia donde veo a Jennifer Lawrence, pero de verdad me encantó, le sale súper natural. A demás en esta película se ve hermosa, ella realmente tiene casi la edad de Maddie y aquí se ve joven, salvaje, sexy y despampanante. Muy linda.
Up to this point everything was what I expected, an obsession with getting this boy to sleep with her, even though he’s not a boy because he’s 19. For Maddie, the sooner she could get Percy to become a man, the sooner she could get her car and save her house.
These first scenes were a bit annoying but at the same time funny, because it seemed that she wanted to rape him and the poor boy did not understand any of the signals, nor the sexual messages she was sending him, it was very funny because although he is not a boy he behaves and has the innocence of one and Maddie could not find a way to awaken that animal instinct that he surely had inside.
This is the first comedy character where I see Jennifer Lawrence, but I really loved it, it comes super natural to her. She looks gorgeous in this movie, she’s really almost Maddie’s age and here she looks young, wild, sexy and stunning. Very beautiful.
En cuanto a Percy, es un joven muy tierno, amable con algunos problemas de bullying que hicieron que se encerrara en si mismo, también tiene unos padres sobreprotectores que tampoco ayudaron al desarrollo de su personalidad ni a qué dejara de ser un niño inocente.
Este actor no lo había visto antes en otra película, pero hizo una excelente química con su protagonista, a demás demuestra sus dotes artísticos es una de las escenas que me encantó.
As for Percy, he is a very tender, kind young man with some bullying problems that caused him to withdraw into himself, he also has overprotective parents who did not help the development of his personality or to stop being an innocent child.
I had not seen this actor before in another movie, but he made an excellent chemistry with his protagonist, besides demonstrating his artistic talents is one of the scenes that I loved.
Está película me gustó, porque el trabajo se cumplió aunque no de la manera en la que se pensaba. Los protagonistas lograron tener química y compenetrar. Aunque diferencia de edad era notoria, cada uno de ellos aprendió del otro de manera que los personajes se desarrollaron y evolucionaron de forma positiva sin caer en lo vulgar, pues aunque al principio se pintaba que el sexo iba a ser parte fundamental de la historia, este tipo de escenas no se exhibieron, ni siquiera estuvieron cerca de serlo.
Está será una de esas películas que veré mucha veces, los que han leído mis reseñas, saben que me encanta repetir películas, cuando me gustan no me canso de verlas. Bueno, está será una de esas.
Me reí mucho en varias escenas donde se hacía referencia a la diferencia en las generaciones. Por ejemplo en una donde Maddie, una mujer de 32 años va a una fiesta llena de jóvenes de menos de 20 años, jóvenes de una generación de cristal que todo los afecta y usan las redes sociales para mostrar todo lo que les pasa y denunciar cualquier descontento o problemática social que se les presente. Eso fue muy pero muy grafico.
I liked this film, because the work was accomplished, although not in the way it was intended. The protagonists managed to have chemistry and rapport. Although the age difference was notorious, each of them learned from the other so that the characters developed and evolved in a positive way without falling into the vulgar, because although at the beginning it was painted that sex was going to be a fundamental part of the story, this type of scenes were not exhibited, not by a long shot.
This will be one of those movies that I will see many times, those who have read my reviews, know that I love to repeat movies, when I like them I never get tired of watching them. Well, this will be one of those.
I laughed a lot in several scenes where reference was made to the difference in generations. For example in one in which Maddie, a 32 year old woman goes to a party full of young people under 20, young people of a crystal generation that everything affects them and they use social networks to show everything that happens to them and denounce any discontent or social problem that arises. That was very, very graphic.
Son muchas las cosas que me gustaron de esta película que cuando empecé a ver no creí que ocurriría. Al principio fue divertida, alocada y salvaje, pero mientras fue avanzando se volvió tierna y considerada, hasta que al final se logró un cierre no solo para los dos protagonista, que aprendieron a soltar el pasado, los errores, remordimientos y a seguir adelante, sino también para el resto de los personajes que sentí que fue como cuando terminan los cuentos y decimos “Vivieron felices para siempre”
Entonces como pueden darse cuenta claro que les recomiendo esta película de comedia con algo de crecimiento personal, si ya la viste me gustaría que compartas conmigo tu opinión y si aún no lo has hecho espero que esta reseña te haya inspirado para verla y lo hagas pronto.
There are many things I liked about this film that when I started watching it I didn’t think would happen. At first it was funny, crazy and wild, but as it progressed it became tender and thoughtful, until at the end it achieves closure not only for the two main characters, who learn to let go of the past, the mistakes, the regrets and move on, but also for the rest of the characters that I felt was like when the stories end and we say “They lived happily ever after”.
So as you can tell of course I recommend this comedy movie with some personal growth, if you have already seen it I would like you to share your opinion and if you haven’t yet I hope this review has inspired you to see it and do it soon.
Qué linda historia, no la he visto, pero con tu reseña ya me gusta 😅, la tengo en mi lista de pendientes, se parece a otra muy similar, qué vi hace tiempo o tal vez sea la misma, tendré que ver la película para saber con certeza si la vi hace años, porque su argumento es igual a la que me recuerdo.

Lo único que puede ser de esta película es comedia total desde que comienza hasta que termine sin duda es una maravilla de película una joya de la comedia moderna.

Bien, he dejado pasar esta película muchas veces porque no quería ver a Jennifer Lawrence en este tipo de papeles, sin embargo, tu revisión me ha inspirado, la voy a ver.
