Der 2. Film den ich hier vorstellen möchte ist kein Blockbuster. Wahrscheinlich kennen sehr wenige diesen Film aber mich hat er sehr beeindruckt. Vor allem die Darstellung der Doppelmoral, die man aber nicht nur in einsamen Bergdörfern findet und auch oder gerade in der heutigen Zeit sehr oft zu finden ist, hat mich beeindruckt.

Schlafes Bruder ist ein Roman des österreichischen Schriftstellers Robert Schneider aus dem Jahr 1992. Das Buch wurde ein internationaler Erfolg und bisher in 36 Sprachen übersetzt. Es handelt sich um einen klassischen Bildungsroman, dessen Held in dem von Inzucht und Doppelmoral geprägten ländlichen Milieu eines österreichischen Bergdorfs des 19. Jahrhunderts dem Leser einen grotesken Spiegel vorhält.

The second film I would like to introduce here is not a blockbuster. Probably very few people know this film. But I was very impressed by this film. I was particularly impressed by the depiction of double standards, which are not only found in lonely mountain villages and are also or especially often found today.
