I first saw him on screen when my dad and I watched the movie 'Rules of Engagement' together. I didn't quite understand the full storyline of the movie back then. Maybe it was because I was young and hardly paid attention to details. Either way, I enjoyed seeing him and wanted more. I didn't even know his name back then and if I will be honest I didn't care. I just wanted more screen time of him.

Samuel L. Jackson. Yes, that's him. This man not only made my love for action movies grow. He made me love a particular breed of action actors, the ones that do it with ease. When he's the protagonist, he just takes the center stage in everything not just the action part, but also comedy. I think I just loved his Black-American accent and of course the slight arrogance that accompanied his voice.

I didn't know Samuel L. Jackson personally so I couldn't tell his other off-screen characters atleast not all of them. But, the ones I could tell helped me see life as an easy thing. His finesse in any given role is what made him my favourite. The way he adds his own touch to the roles made it impossible for anyone to copy. Another thing is his attention to details.

Okay let's fast forward to me growing up and analysing movies more aptly. I began to really understand why I enjoyed the movies Samuel L. Jackson starred in. My favourite role he starred in was in the movie 'Shaft', the 2019 release. His witty-gritty life in the movie stunned me. The movie's storyline allowed him to showcase all his adept and theatrical characters.

Samuel Jackson's role as a father and also a private investigator in the movie shaft fits his demeanor. I wouldn't want to talk much about the movie but if I wanted to see the whole representation of my favourite actor Samuel L. Jackson, 'Shaft' is the way. I hope to see more from him in the coming future even if he's getting old. I don't think he has lost it yet, I mean his good o' vibes.

samuel L jackson does have an amazing range, I don't know if he will ever grow out of saying the word "mother fucker" though haha...

Cool. I never seen that movie. Tho I have seen many of his movies.. like he a major characters in Marvel. Action movies are cool movies
