Review of "Ta ra rum pum"
I have watched a lot of india movies but this film is an exception, it comprises of love, dedication, family and hope, there is no way you would watch this movie and not feel emotional, not to waste much time, it is about a carefree guy called rajveer singh alias RV
Rajveer is a taxi man who is also an expertise in driving fast and as luck would have it, he was offered a position in driving competition which changes his life story as he won and became the very best on the pitch, he has a graduate as a wife, who is not just beautiful but also came from a rich home, her father never supported her getting married to raj because he is not educated, the father says the race won't help him forever but the wife refused to listen and married raj which also put an end to the father and daughter relationship...
They gave birth to two children and they were living a happy life as raj keep winning every race he participate in, he has many fans on the racing field and his biggest fans are his family.. One bad quality in raj is that he is very extravagant when it comes to spending, he doesn't know there is this money we can't spend and he doesn't have a saving, his wife have talked to him severally on the matter but he never listened saying he is the best driver in the world and no one can take that position from him so there will always be more money coming in for them so no need to worry about the future until the unexpected happen..
He had a fatal accident during one of the racing competition which change his story from grace to grass, he couldn't drive anymore, he lost his home which was never his because he didn't buy it but rented and was paying exorbitant fees on it annually, he lost his car and every other thing and they have no choice but to move to a poor area, he couldn't get a better job as he was not educated and hence they suffered a lot during this time of trial until his manager during the time he was racing offered to give him his taxi to drive, he took it happily but the memories of the accident he had haunt him daily while driving that he lost most customers without them paying for the ride..
Amidst all the sad event, both husband and wife hid it very well from their kids, they still remain the happiest family ever under the disguise that they are in a sort of contest of living in a local area with poor treatment and the family that still remain happy will be the winner, unknown to them, their eldest child figured out what was going on and she started saving up the little they gave them for feeding when going to school and started starving her and her brother to the extent that he had to be eating remnant which later affected him and was admitted to the hospital..
Raj had to man up and he met up with his manager and ask him to sponsor him once again in a racing competition and promised not to fail him, he couldn't reject him because they both enjoyed when raj was on top of the world, so he used his last money to buy a ticket to get him into the competition, Raj made sure he won as his son's life depends on it..
He became the best again but he has learnt the lessons of his life never to waste money and also have savings, the family bought their own house and more properties and they keep on sailing.. Raj family keep on being his best supporter on the pitch..
