Negan vs Homelander: Who Is More Brutal?

Hello everyone.

Today I want to talk about two popular characters: Negan from The Walking Dead and Homelander from The Boys.

Both characters are known for being cruel and dangerous, but I think Negan is more brutal.

Negan ruled people through fear. He punished anyone who went against him and made examples out of people to keep control. One of the most shocking moments in The Walking Dead was when he killed Glenn and Abraham in front of their friends.

Homelander is also very dangerous because he has superpowers and can destroy almost anyone. However, I think many of his actions come from his need for attention and approval.

Negan does not need superpowers to make people fear him. He uses his intelligence, leadership, and violence to control others. That is why I believe Negan is more brutal.
