Held Review 2021(Hostage in an isolated place)

Hey guys I am new to this community and a big fan of movies, series and shows. I checked out a couple of reviews on this community and I must confess they were all fire. Then I said to myself "Emmanuel why don't you give this a try since you are into movies " So I decided to give it a chance (it's my first time doing this so I'm not really sure what I'm bringing to the table 😀 But I hope y'all love it and look it up. About the movie I'm about to review I've got to warn you, **there may be some spoilers!**

You know how we look at beautiful couples everyday around the park or at restaurants smiling and laughing, we all wish to have someone to put a smile on our faces.The major issues is that we don't know what happens behind closed doors.Well here is a glimpse of some of the things we can't really tell by mere looking at married couples.Held opens with a woman named Emma Barret getting a ride service to an isolated luxury retreat way out in the forest where she's to spend time with her husband Henry who will be arriving tge following morning. This getaway trip is meant to put some spark back into their troubled marriage.On getting to the isolated luxury house alone it was noticeable that the lavished vacation doesn't seem to do much when it comes to Emma. Henry arrived earlier than expected which seems to be a it to Emma. On the first morning at the house, Emma wakes up to clothes she wasn't wearing when he went to sleep, with coffee on the table which neither of them made. Creepiest of all, both Emma and Henry have strange implants behind their ears. They soon learn what's going on: a scary voice comes over hidden speakers informing them that they are prisoners for the weekend.At this point I was instilled with fear, guess that was what they director wanted, l must say the got me there. Failure to comply with the intrusive instructions results in agonizing pain from the implant.As the day drags on, the couple learn more about one another that they might not have liked.

Ya sabes cómo miramos a las hermosas parejas todos los días en el parque o en los restaurantes sonriendo y riendo, todos deseamos tener a alguien que nos ponga una sonrisa en la cara. El principal problema es que no sabemos qué sucede a puerta cerrada. Bueno, aquí hay un vistazo de algunas de las cosas que realmente no podemos decir simplemente mirando a las parejas casadas. Held comienza con una mujer llamada Emma Barret que recibe un servicio de transporte a un retiro de lujo aislado en el bosque donde pasará tiempo con su esposo Henry, quien llegará a la mañana siguiente. Este viaje de escapada está destinado a devolverle la chispa a su problemático matrimonio. Al llegar sola a la aislada casa de lujo, se notó que las lujosas vacaciones no parecen hacer mucho en lo que respecta a Emma. Lo más espeluznante de todo es que tanto Emma como Henry tienen extraños implantes detrás de las orejas. Pronto se enteran de lo que está pasando: una voz siniestra y aterradora sale de unos altavoces ocultos informándoles que son prisioneros durante el fin de semana. En este punto, me infundió miedo, supongo que eso era lo que quería el director, debo decir que me llevó allí. El incumplimiento de las instrucciones intrusivas da como resultado un dolor agonizante debido al implante.A medida que avanza el día, la pareja aprende más el uno del otro que les podría haber gustado.

Held is an entertaining thriller, you can't figure out the mystery quick like some other thriller movie it's exceptional and most enjoyable to watch. Director trans cliff did a good job with this one. It's creepy for lovers to watch but that's the fun in it. I've got to say the core idea is a solid one. I'll give it 8.5/10.

Of course you should! You'll get to see the suspense and terror. Most importantly you'll learn about betrayal, love and trust. I was trying to be spoiler conscious but just imagine a scenario where someone slaps you and you get furious, Then some scary voice tells you to kiss the person that slapped you or you die. It's crazy right? You all have to see this movie trust me.
