This week's contest is about just one actor. In a previous edition of the CineTV Newspaper we also highlighted him as Movie Star of the Week. But here's another chance for you to shine a spotlight on Keanu Reeves.
Where in Movie Star of the Week it was really about Keanu himself, in the contest it is your chance to discuss your favorite movie with Keanu! Whether it's a movie where he plays the lead role, such as "The Matrix", "John Wick" or "Speed", or whether you choose a movie where Keanu plays a supporting role. I am thinking of, for example, "Keanu", "Ellie Parker" or "The Gift". Whatever you choose, with this theme there is a large selection of films to choose from.
So get ready and enter your entry in our CineTV Community Contest Your favorite Keanu Reeves Movie.
We can't wait to see which movie is going to take home the grand prize in this weeks CineTV Contest!

Ah who doesn't remember Daniel Radcliffe, A.K.A., Harry Potter. In this case we can say that little boys grow up. It turns out that Daniel has been sharing his life with Erin Darke since the age of 10, and now the two have announced they are going to be parents. You would think he found his own 'little Golden Snitch' here. If Daniel ever thought about playing Harry Potter again, he would also have to be careful not to pick up a pacifier instead of a wand. We'll have to wait and see if this baby will inherit Daniel's magic spells or if it will be a muggle.
Would there be 'trouble in paradise' after only 9 months? Britney Spears has been spotted without her wedding ring, and not just Britney! Sam was also spotted without his wedding ring! Now it is not wise to immediately start talking "Toxic", Britney has certainly had enough of that in her life. So let's hope this isn't going to be an "Oops, I did it again" case. Let's just assume those wedding rings just stayed home because they didn't match the outfit for the day or something.
Finally some good news for Meghan Markle. The lawsuit against her half-sister Samantha Markle has been won! And you could say that this is good news not only for Meghan and Harry ... but also for the entire English Royal Family. I don't believe they could handle one more "Markle-drama".
Let's hope this win brings Meghan and Harry some peace and quiet. Although you never know with those two whether they are after peace and quiet ...
Looks like the new Movie Star of the Week format isn't catching on as well as we hoped. But, as you understand, we are not giving up yet! We still hope that we can make it a fun and engaging activity for everyone, and for that we need your participation. All you have to do is follow in @thunderjack's footsteps and join the conversation in the comments below the paper. By doing just that, you could win some juicy CINE Tokens and ECENCE Points! Are you with us this week.
Of coure, thanks to @ecency for generously sponsoring this fun challenge!
Last week we had three people writing about Avengers in their comment, that makes we give out 33 CINE tokens and 33 ECENCY points to three people. Thank you @stickupboys, @melinda010100 and @gone-hive! Congrats!
Are you all ready for the new challenge this week?
Let's go back to the year 2015! One of the most talked-about films of that year was directed by George Miller. And with this film he has created a post-apocalyptic story and especially the action scenes and special effects were called "epic" by a lot of people. The main roles were played by Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron. A message that the film clearly conveyed also fits very well in our current time. The message of "Gender Equality"! The film ended up winning six Academy Awards. And while this says that a lot of people absolutely loved this movie, it could just be that you have a completely different opinion about it.
The real enthusiast will of course already know which film I mean, but if you didn't realize it right away, here's your chance to leave your opinion in a comment:
Mad Max: Fury Road
We have 100 CINE tokens and 100 ECENCY Points to give away, do you have a comment? The conditions are being looked at more strictly. And if the conditions are not met, we will not give away additional tokens.
Rules:
- Only personal opinions, no plot stories , and since this is meant for more engagement on the newspaper, you're only in the race to earn some extra CINE when you leave a comment.
If you want to write a blog, that's great! But there won't be extra CINE tokens for blogs anymore.
The challenge is intended to give you an ENGAGEMENT option for the newspaper. The fact that we are giving away tokens to engage with us is an extra bonus for you. You guys are "THE COMMUNITY", and we would be nothing without you!
We keep watching for all the films that come out this year, after all, that is what the CINETV community is for. I will try to show as many different genres as possible. Hopefully there's something to your taste and you'll find a new movie for your "To Watch" list. Get ready for some trailers below!
A GOOD PERSON
In "A Good Person," Daniel (played by Morgan Freeman) is deeply attracted to Allison (played by Florence Pugh). Allison was involved in Daniel's daughter's death. As Daniel struggles with the pain of losing his child, Allison tries to find a way to process the past. Together they find comfort in each other and begin to heal from their respective wounds, proving that love and compassion truly know no boundaries.
A THOUSAND AND ONE
Ines kidnaps a six-year-old child (Terry) from the foster care system and believes this crime is necessary to find redemption. Together with Terry, Ines tries to build a new life in New York. It will be clear to everyone that this is not easy, and certainly not easy.
DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES
I'm not even going to say anything about the plot story about this last trailer. Suffice it to say instead that this latest adventure in the Dungeons and Dragons series is definitely worth checking out again. As you can already see in the trailer, it looks fantastic again and I would definitely recommend you to check out this hilarious action-packed adventure.

Did not get on with Fury Road, give me the originals any time! Did go and see D&D which was good fun and we all liked it!
I am loving the community already...Thank you for the gift...Makes the viewing experience beautiful...I have seen Mad Max...The trailer brought back memories of the movie...A classic movie in my book..the Script writing was precise and accurate done...The directing of the movie was top class...Overall it was a classic..I might hop on it again
John Wick is that movie we have been waiting for but then the price on ticket here for cinema is quite high, but I would definitely go check it out...I have seen Matrix but it is quite sketchy in my head but still remember the what it felt like...
I would hop on it
I missed Mad Max: Fury Road as our daughter was a bit young at the time and we didn't have a baby sitter for her. I do remember seeing The Road Warrior when it came out, and it was a darn good film, and eventually Mad Max, the film that started it all, along with Beyond Thunder Dome which co-starred Tina Turner. Good stuff, all the way around.
I hope you get to see the new John Wick film as it is getting good reviews.

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves IS a lot of fun and well worth seeing. The trailer should give yo a darn good idea of what to expect, and stay through the credits for a bonus scene.

I saw Mad Max: Fury Road in a theater with a large screen and spectacular sound. This made me get immersed in a wild action movie in which Mad Max (Tom Hardy in this occasion), finds himself in a desolate place full of death. The movie is almost a western with a very lonely character who helps another group of people to escape from a horrible place where young women are oppressed. But who really steals the show in Mad Max is Imperator Furiosa (Carlize Theron), with a character that has nothing to envy to Sarah Connor (Terminator) or Ripley (Alien saga).
Mad Max Max is lost in the crowd at the end of the movie, after helping to fight tyranny and recover one of the most important natural resources for the human being: water, an ending worthy of a western hero.
There is a lot of violence, but it turns out to be entertaining, the action set pieces are married to the music and sounds that are heard, the experience of watching this film is revitalizing.
The action in the film is spectacular and millimetric, and it is excellently filmed by a director, George Miller, who at the time was 70 years old.
Excellent film, which for me is already a cult film, I anxiously await the spin-off to be released in 2024 which is based on the Imperator Furiosa played this time by the young Anya Taylor-Joy.
