Hello and welcome back to this week's issue of 'Frey's Findings'. Let's get started.

This week in the movie world, 'John Wick: Chapter 4' has been a hit in cinemas starring Keanu Reeves as main character John Wick. I haven't watched this series but it really interests me. In the previous chapter, John Wick had to chop his own ring finger off as a form of penance and feancy. I just find it so interesting that he had to cut his own finger off- that alone makes me want to watch the franchise, haha!

On Netflix this week, 'A Quiet Place Part II' has been popular in the UK. I remember watching this film when it came out and it is SUCH an intense watch from beginning to end. In one scene one of the main characters, portrayed by Emily Blunt, has to give birth in SILENCE otherwise the blind birds that are circling the house will find her and eat her alive. The whole scene had me on edge because it's impossible to not make any noise when giving birth. I strongly recommend this film for anyone who likes to watch psychological thrillers. It definitely messes with you! Have you watched it?

On the streaming front, people my age really enjoy the HBO series 'Euphoria' starring Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney and Alexa Demie. The show follows a group of high school students who go out partying, doing drugs, drinking and in an argument every five minutes. People my age ate this series up when it first came out and all seasons that came out afterwards. I have seen various clips on Tiktok and all the iconic scenes. I find it an interesting series that definitely has you second guessing with plot twists. Have you watched it?

This week on Youtube trending, the K-Pop band 'NewJeans' that debuted in July 2022 has released a new single 'Zero' that has gained over 4 million views in the past 17 hours. K-Pop bands don't usually get that popular very quickly- it usually takes years for them to gain popularity globally but NewJeans seem to have gotten global success in just 9 months since their debut. They are already the faces of big brands like Levi's and Burberry. They really debuted at just the right time in the K-Pop hype!

This week in the celebrity world, my favourite celebrity and rapper Agust D is going on tour later this month all over the USA and Asia. How I wish that I lived in the US at this point in time, haha! I would give anything to see him live- I know every song from every album. Superfan who?! It was also released within the past few days that he has a new album being released a few days before his tour commences. I cannot wait and I will be streaming that album to within an inch of it's life haha!
