I was in a bus at Aba going to bayelsa, as we were waiting for other passengers to come book, and they were also busy loading passengers loads inside, a vendor came by to sell.
He was selling all these necklaces, earrings,tooth gold ring, rings.
A male passenger called his attention,he picked up a necklace and asked him how much.
The seller said it was for five thousand naira, the guy quickly priced him five hundred naira.
Everybody on the bus including me was surprised but chose to mind our business by not expressing our surprise towards the bargain...

“300 what? Why don't you come and carry the whole bag. Get out of my shop if you know you're not ready to buy anything”, she shouted and began flaring up. I quickly ran away. I could hear her raining insults on mebin local dialect but I didn't dare to turn back.

I quickly ran back to the previous woman and bought it for 450 Naira...

The following day, when we got to one of the shops, I showed her the bag I wanted. The seller, as expected, quoted 25,000 naira. I was expecting my mom to probably begin her bargaining from 15,000 naira and work her way up to my budget. But to my shock, I heard my mom say, “6,000 naira.”I was embarrassed. I wanted the ground to open and swallow me whole. How could she start at 6,000 naira for a bag priced at 25,000? I was so embarrassed that I stepped out of the shop and waited outside.
