My review on a movie FAMILY HURT #cinetv

Hello, my beautiful people, it's been a long time since I reviewed any movie because of busy schedules. But I must say that Nollywood is doing a great job these days. They take their time during this period to produce a movie, and it's always full of suspense and intrigue.

I didn't watch Nollywood before because it seemed repetitive and easy to predict the ending, but now I give them their accolades. God! Whoever started this reformation did a great job.Today I want to give a review of a movie I just finished watching.

Although it brought back memories of what happened to a friend during my childhood days, the movie name is 'Family Hurt'.

            PLOT.

This movie started with an elder sister, who goes by the name Darasim, visiting her younger sister Araola's house. Araola happens to have more money than her and is a single mother like her as well. The elder sister's own husband is in prison, while her younger sister's baby daddy is just a deadbeat who abandoned his responsibility for Ara to take care of.While he flexes his life outside.

Darasimi wasn't as rich as her younger sister, so she always pushed her child's responsibilities to her sister. Her daughter (Carrier) wasn't always happy about that. One time, Darasimi lied that her daughter's school bag was bad, and her sister decided to call Carrier and ask. When Carrier tried to say that nothing was wrong with her school bag, Darasimi immediately shut her up and told her to tell the truth, reassuring her that her aunt wouldn't hurt her and that her aunt is also her mother.

Every small thing, she will ask her daughter to go and meet her mother, who happens to be her younger sister, forgetting that her sister has a son to care for too. Later, as the movie continues, problems start when the character wanted to attend a prestigious institution. Upon graduation and return, more issues arise.

       REVIEW.

I will rate the movie 9/10. I learned a lot from this movie. Always set a boundary when trying to help people, whether family or friends. Have it in mind that change is the only thing that is constant in this life, and people can always switch up on you. Remember, not all blood is thicker than water. I encourage you all to watch this amazing movie and pick a lesson from it.
