Re-Watching "Game of thrones" - Winter Was Always Coming

I watch shows regularly, but the setting that this show does from the beginning, the deep and interconnected animations with its iconic music, just sets us into the world of this show. There is no hook, but just good storytelling and character building. I forgot this show goes through different storylines instead of just introducing finished characters. The more I think about it, there is no other show with the storytelling and the confidence to do what it does.

I can see why the meme “Winter is coming” is so loved and relevant to this day. The phrase is mentioned from the start and phrased with a gusto.
The amazing thing I noticed was the characters that I never paid attention to when I watched the first time. The first episode is quite sad for me, as I can see through it now. This is the reason I never rewatch shows. But there is something that wants me to continue.

I was not expecting the immediate bold scenes that cannot be by industry standards. They are not meant to be for arousal but for the world that it is. It is gore in the true meaning. It has been a long time since then that we have forgotten that Game of Thrones was revolutionary in the things it did.

The discovery that I made was that I noticed every character had roles in the future, but the character Joffrey didn’t have. He was young in the show and a core part, but the eyes that he got as a villain had exceptional shoes to fill. He suffered quite the harassment from fans just because of the character he played, and that made him never act again.

You can see through the emotions when the Lannister brothers are together, the bond they share, which ascends the show. The beautiful thing is that there are certain things that the characters didn’t know when they died, that could have been so good to watch. But that is life, we leave, and no one is going to tell us when we are dead.

It is disturbing that people remember the show by its storyline junctions or ends, but not the process it goes through. Just watch it, and you’ll never regret it.
