🎞 Somos tú y yo and its sequel. 🎞

I was remembering these programs that were very popular in my country, in the 2000s the Venevisión company had these productions that became very popular in some places in Latin America, giving rise to new youth talents in the country who quickly became very popular and today are recognized actors who have achieved immense fame within the country.

Estaba recordando estos programas que fueron muy populares en mi país, en los años 2000 la compañía Venevisión tuvo estas producciones que se volvieron muy populares en algunos lugares de Latinoamérica, dándole lugar a nuevos talentos juveniles del país que rápidamente se volvieron muy populares y hoy en día son actores reconocidos que han logrado una fama inmensa dentro del país.

"Un nuevo día" aired in 2009 and focused on the lives of the original characters set in the 1950s. The series introduced exciting new characters and storylines, but for the obvious, the story had nothing to do with the original series.

"Un nuevo día" se emitió en 2009 y se centró en la vida de los personajes originales ambientados en los años 50. La serie presentó nuevos personajes y tramas emocionantes, pero por obviedad, la historia no tenía nada que ver con la serie original.

What audiences liked about Somos tú y yo and its sequels was the catchy music and infectious dance, as well as the charismatic characters and exciting storylines. The series became a cultural phenomenon in Venezuela and many of its characters became teen idols.

Obviously, as a viewer of this series, I had my two characters who were Sheryl (Played by Sheryl Rubio) and Rosmery (Played by Rosmery Marval), they were both enemies because of envy, but they had their separate stories, which made this franchise very interesting.

Sadly, this series went through one of the biggest controversies of those times, it turned out that the actor Alejandro Mogollón died in a car accident where 3 more actors from the series were also affected, this led the series to have changes in the plot with the shocking tragedy that left all Venezuelans sad.

Lo que le gustó al público de Somos tú y yo y sus secuelas fue la música pegajosa y los bailes contagiosos, así como los personajes carismáticos y las historias emocionantes. La serie se convirtió en un fenómeno cultural en Venezuela y muchos de sus personajes se convirtieron en ídolos juveniles.

Obviamente, como espectador de esta serie, tenía mis dos personajes que eran Sheryl (Interpretada por Sheryl Rubio) y Rosmery (Interpretada por Rosmery Marval), ambas eran enemigas por temas de envidias, pero tenían sus historias por separadas, lo cual hacía que esta franquicia fuese muy interesantes.

Tristemente, esta serie atravesó una de las polémicas más grande de aquellos tiempos, resultó que el actor Alejandro Mogollón murió en un accidente automovilístico en donde también se vieron afectados 3 actores más de la serie, esto llevó que la serie tuviera cambios en la trama con la impactante tragedia que dejó triste a todos los Venezolanos.
