People who do not recognize any obstacles to self-development and continue their success-oriented work are taken as an example by others and are chosen as role models. Their achievements are well known, but what they have suffered on the road to success is not so well known. Just as every happiness has its sadness; every success has its difficulties in the stages of achievement.

Street Flow 2, originally titled Banlieusards 2, which tells the story of the Traore brothers who grew up in a low-income family, the difficulties they face in the back streets of #France and their story of improving themselves and climbing the ladder of success in their crime-oriented environment, brings the importance of struggling despite everything and instilling hope in others to the big screen for 1 hour and 37 minutes.

The sequel to the first movie was released on Netflix in 2023. The main flow of the movie includes the struggle of the brothers who try to get out of the places where mostly low-income people live, which are called back alleys where crime is prominent, by taking the right steps. At the same time, the movie brings a critical perspective to the governments through the people who have low income and are pushed to commit crimes.

The story, which struggles against the wrongs done and emphasizes the importance of not responding to mistakes with mistakes, sometimes deviates from its course through individuals. In those moments, which I thought were ordinary signs of being human and succumbing to anger, you realize the importance of patience, calmness and not making decisions in anger.

I can say that my admiration for Kery James started from scratch in the moments when the struggle of a betrayed man to overcome cycles of violence was perfectly staged. I don't remember any of his movies that I've seen him in, but his portrayal of Demba Traore was literally magnificent.

The way he was able to overcome his bouts of violence, the way he was torn between treachery and revenge, and the way he guided his other siblings, while bringing his own culture and traditions into the movie in a simple way, was worth seeing.

#Netflix doesn't always make successful productions, but when it does, it should be evaluated. In this sense, I definitely recommend you to watch the movie. Instead of watching the movie as a simple movie in general lines; I think it is necessary to take lessons from many scenes in the movie. I see that there has been an increase in French films recently with their productions that take a critical perspective on the governments. I think this is due to the protests that took place there and almost turned daily life upside down.

I wish everyone who will watch it a good time.
