Black Panther - With a bridge from the past to the present, the science fiction genre
Hello everyone, the reason why I have not been active enough for the last week is that I have built a new desktop pc and encountered some problems during the installations. Actually, I would be able to convey the problem more clearly as the purchase, assembly and installation phases.
Anyway, all the mishaps have been fixed and now I am here permanently and I will try to be active as long as my health allows. Unlike the laptop I have been using for 12 years, the desktop computer makes all my work much easier. Or if we start from the fact that everything new is loved, looking at a new monitor, using a new and fast computer may be appealing to me for now. I hope I don't look for my laptop that doesn't lock me in one spot and that I can carry anywhere I want.
I watched my first movie with my nephews on the new monitor, which is much bigger than the old one. My nephew, who is 16 years old, chose the movie and his choice did not disappoint me, because my expectation was that it would definitely be one of the Marvel heroes. Released in 2018, the movie Black Panther appeals to him, if not to me. Personally, I try to avoid watching comic books or movies with similar heroes as much as possible. I think I have a prejudice against those genres and I haven't been able to break that prejudice except for a few movies.
In the past, I used to follow cartoons and comics like He-man, Superman, Thor with incredible pleasure and I enjoyed every single one of them. Maybe I think that cartoon heroes should remain as cartoons. I've never questioned myself about these things and I've never thought about the reasons, and frankly it's not something I'm very interested in!
Overall, I was quite satisfied with Black Panther, which I watched because of my nephew's preference. The movie went in a direction contrary to my expectations. I liked the fiction and the story. I liked the scenes where the hero emerged and his ethnic origins were explained. I can't say that I had a hard time being convinced of the existence of a separate part in the existing world instead of building a separate world. This was my favorite part of the movie's fiction and I can say that I was very interested in it. The challenge scene was amazing and the place where the challenge took place was incredibly beautiful. If I'm going to die, I should die in a place like that! Haha.
The locations, editing and effects of the movie were quite remarkable. Despite the advanced technology, the use of local figures and costumes took the atmosphere of the movie to the past. In fact, instead of taking us back to the past, I would be more accurate if I say that it built a bridge between the past and the present.
Chadwick Boseman, who plays the character of T'challa, was the most important carrying element of the movie with his flawless performance, from the appearance of a distributor of justice with his fair attitude to the appearance of a son who respects his ancestors and a loyal lover. Watching him and following the repercussions of his decisions on the flow of the story was a joy to watch. The action scenes he was in were memorable as the most precious moments of the movie and the best one was, I repeat, the challenge scene.
I watched Black Panther to please my nieces and nephews and have a good time with them, but the movie turned around and ended up with them entertaining me. We all liked the movie and commented amongst ourselves on almost every scene. I won't talk about them since most of the comments were mocking the movie and some of the characters.
We admired the atmosphere in some of the scenes involving traditional and cultural activities. The loyalty of the tribe members, their loyalty when questioned and valid answers were received, rather than unconditional obedience, was a message. If you haven't seen the movie Black Panther yet, you should definitely watch it. The atmosphere created and the more realistic story is well worth the time spent.
