Released in 2010, I Spit On Your Grave and I Spit On Your Grave 2, released in 2013, were both sequels, but they adapted the same story to different lives and became successful productions that managed to attract attention as exemplary productions of the genre in which the hunt and the hunter are switched.

Although it brought up many criticisms and was touted for its proximity to the erotic genre, the story in both films referred to the male hegemony that exists in real life and sees women as sexual objects.

It can be summarized with the phrase "get raped and then get revenge", which the characters in two different life stories reflect.

In I Spit On Your Grave 3, released in 2015, the situation is handled differently. Yes, it's the last movie in the series, but it can't be explained as a sexism based on predator/prey or dominance between men and women like the first two movies.

I Spit On Your Grave 3 is a continuation of the story of Jenniner Hills (Sarah Butler) from the first movie in the series. In the first movie, Jennifer, a successful young writer, retreats to her riverside home to complete her new book, and a chain of events unfolds in which she becomes first the prey and then the hunter in a struggle for survival.

I Spit On Your Grave 3 focuses on Jennifer's (Sarah Butler) growing instinct for revenge on men, as she is unable to mentally recover from the atrocities she has suffered despite the passage of many years. Seeing all the men around her as rapists and believing that justice is not being served, the character starts to take matters into her own hands and the fire of revenge grows.

The last movie, which differs from the first two movies both in terms of story and the absence of erotic scenes, reflects the tension and fear more successfully. While the new developments that cause the fire of revenge burning inside the character to revive add extra viewing pleasure to the movie, it is impossible not to agree with some scenes!

It can be shown as one of the productions that can be an example for some, especially in terms of men's behavior towards women. I think the story is not exaggerated at all. When the story is handled through sexual instinct or sexual hunger, the ability to think with the brain can be suspended and the desperation to think elsewhere develops.

We are accustomed from many movies or real life stories that people develop their own justice when there is no justice. If it's a bit harsh to say that there is no justice, we can change it to times when justice is delayed, but the result will remain the same.

I think everyone should watch the movie and make an example for themselves, regardless of their gender. I am sure that even those who do not understand the difference between something being consensual and something being forced (small minds) will understand something! I wish everyone who will watch it a good time!
