Mi TOP 3 de películas animadas para ver en Navidad [eng/esp]
Este post está escrito en dos idiomas y dividido para facilitar la lectura.
Comenzó mi mes favorito del año, Diciembre.
El mes que representa los grandes cierres y además, posee una energía muy bonita de servicio. Las personas hacen un recuento de todo su año y, es dónde comienza la planificación para nuevos hábitos y seguir creciendo personalmente.
Para los niños representa la hermosa Navidad.
Así que para comenzar éste mes, me uní a la iniciativa de @yolimarag sólo que en ésta ocasión, voy a enumerar películas animadas sobre Navidad. 💟
My favorite month of the year, December, has begun.
The month that represents the great closings and also has a very nice energy of service. People take stock of their entire year and it is where planning for new habits and personal growth begins.
For children it represents the beautiful Christmas.
So to start this month, I joined @yolimarag's initiative only this time, I'm going to list animated movies about Christmas. 💟
Durante el año siempre hago un poco de trampa. El Extraño Mundo de Jack es una película que veo tanto en Halloween como en Navidad.
Es una de mis direcciones favoritas de Henry Selick y, una de mis historias favoritas de Tim Burton. Entre esa lista también se añaden más películas (debería hacerles un post sobre eso).
Recapitulando. Ésta película nunca puede faltar en mi repertorio, desde que era pequeña siempre la veía. En casa teníamos un DVD y, creo que fui yo quién estropeó un poco el CD de tanto reproducirla. 😂
Los recuerdos emocionales que tengo con ésta película son muy hermosos, casi todas mis etapas de la niñez están encapsuladas entre las canciones de El Extraño Mundo de Jack, las cuales cabe destacar, me las sé todas al derecho y al revés.
During the year I always cheat a little bit. The Nightmare Before Christmas is a movie I watch on both Halloween and Christmas.
It's one of my favorite Henry Selick directions and, one of my favorite Tim Burton stories. Among that list also add more movies (I should do a post on that for you guys).
To recap. This movie can never be missing in my repertoire, since I was little I always watched it. At home we had a DVD and, I think it was me who spoiled the CD a little bit from playing it so much. 😂
The emotional memories I have with this movie are very beautiful, almost all my childhood stages are encapsulated between the songs of The Nightmare Before Christmas, which I know them all backwards and forwards.
Otra película que representa al 100% mi niñez. El Expreso Polar era de las películas que más repetía en bucle junto a mi hermano, los do sentados frente al televisor viendo una y otra vez la noche de Navidad la misma película.
Una de mis escenas favoritas es cuando sirven el chocolate, no me pregunten por qué, supongo que de pequeña yo también quería una taza de chocolate. 🤣
El director de ésta película es Robert Zemeckis, quién ha dirigido una infinidad de películas que posiblemente conozcas como Forrest Gump, Volver al Futuro, Náufrago, Contacto y una larga lista.
Recuerdo que cuando estaba pequeña, siempre que terminaba de ver ésta película, corría a mover cualquier cascabel que tuviese cerca, para asegurarme de que aún tenía el espíritu de la navidad en mí. Cosas de niños. 😂
Another movie that represents 100% my childhood. The Polar Express was one of the movies that I repeated on loop with my brother, the two of us sitting in front of the TV watching the same movie over and over again on Christmas night.
One of my favorite scenes is when they serve the chocolate, don't ask me why, I guess as a little girl I wanted a cup of chocolate too. 🤣

I remember when I was little, whenever I finished watching this movie, I would run to move any bell I had nearby, to make sure I still had the Christmas spirit in me. Kid stuff. 😂
Recuerdo haber visto Los Fantasmas de Scrooge en el cine en el año 2009. Para ese entonces me preguntaba como habían hecho para que Jim Carrey se viese tan anciano. 😂
Con el tiempo descubrí que ésta película estaba basada en un clásico de Charles Dickens, así que me di la tarea de encontrar el libro y leerlo.
Lo maravilloso de ésta obra es el mensaje que transmite siempre al final. Yo lo veo como la oportunidad de volver a empezar, reflexionar sobre todo lo que hay en ti que deberías mejorar, no sólo por ti, sino también por los demás.
Scrooge tuvo que enfrentarse a un futuro lúgubre, en donde su compañía más certera era la soledad y el abandono, para darse cuenta que su actitud del presente alejaba a las personas.
I remember seeing The Ghosts of Scrooge in the theater in 2009. By that time I was wondering how they had made Jim Carrey look so old. 😂
Eventually I discovered that this movie was based on a classic by Charles Dickens, so I took it upon myself to find the book and read it.
The wonderful thing about it is the message it always conveys at the end. I see it as an opportunity to start over, to reflect on everything in you that you should improve, not only for yourself, but also for others.
Scrooge had to face a dismal future, where his most certain companion was loneliness and abandonment, to realize that his present attitude was driving people away.
Éste último mes del año nos sirve siempre para hacer un análisis y un reconteo de todo lo que sucedió en el 2021. Para observar qué cosas queremos continuar teniendo en nuestra vida para el próximo año y, qué cosas no.
Aunque suena como un cliché. Lo cierto es que éste mes es para cerrar ciclos, sanar heridas y renacer con más intensidad en el siguiente año.
La vida es efímera y debemos disfrutarla y amarla en cada momento.

Los Fantasmas de Scrooge también es una de mis favoritas, después de leer Un Cuento de Navidad, creo que de todas es la que le hace mas justicia, gracias a los avances de la tecnología se puede disfrutar de este maravilloso cuento como si fuera una realidad. Para mí también estaría El Extraño Mundo de Jack en el top, pero a mis hijo no les gusta, y las mas pequeña le da miedo, estoy esperando que crezca mas para que se anime a verla y aprenda a disfrutarla.
Ciertamente, Los Fantasmas de Scrooge tiene mucha fidelidad a la obra de Dickens. A mí en su lugar, cuando era pequeña le tenía muchísimo más miedo al Expreso Polar que a El Extraño Mundo de Jack. Claro, en esa época el tema de las animaciones en 3D aún se estaba puliendo y las expresiones de los niños robotizados me aterraba, conforme fui creciendo le tomé más amor. 😂 Si a tus hijos les gusta las películas de Disney, puede que les guste para ver ésta navidad la película Mickey y sus amigos juntos otra Navidad.
