WHAT/IF - What Would You Do?

Ladies, would you let your husband spend a night with another woman if that's the only way this other woman would spend millions and millions of dollars making your goal, your dream, your project come true when nobody else is willing to do so? I think I just watched one of the craziest miniseries of all time.

"What if" is an American thriller miniseries about Lisa Donovan (Jane Levy) and Sean Donovan (Blake Jenner), a couple who saw their lives turn upside down after they came in contact with Anne Montgomery (Renee Zellweger).

Lisa Donovan is a scientist who was on the verge of an extremely important breakthrough. All she needed was funding for her project that can save the lives of millions of kids. But the problem is that no matter how many ventures, capitalists, investors or companies she pitches to, nobody wants to take a chance on her and without money, she can't do anything.

Well, on this particular day, she was privileged to meet Anne Montgomery who is a very rich woman. Both of them had a brief discussion and then they fixed a meeting at Anne Montgomery's place. On the day of the meeting, Sean decided to go with Lisa and it was at this meeting everything changed for them.

Anne Montgomery agreed to give Lisa the millions of dollars she needed for her project but among her other standard contractual agreements, she had one agreement that seemed a little weird.

Anne noticed that Lisa seemed very attached to Sean and that's normal since he was her husband. But Anne saw this connection as a weakness to her investment since she wants Lisa to fully only care about the work, not having any distractions or weakness and she thinks human attachment is a weakness.

So Anne proposed that she will give them the money only if Lisa will allow her husband Sean spend one night with her. Anne told Lisa that she can never ask Sean what happened that night that she will be spending with him. So there is no way Lisa is ever going to know what happened that night. Anne then asked her if she could handle it and if she can, then she will have the money and make your dream come true.

Guys, you just have to watch this miniseries to get the answers to all these questions. You don't expect me to give you these answers, or do you? Remember this review is spoiler free so don't expect that from me. I can only tell you that this is a great show that you wouldn't want to miss.

Trust me, the drama in this show is just so amazing because you will have to put yourself in Lisa's shoes. Would you allow your husband to spend a night with Anne for the sake of financing your project or would you refuse the offer and forget about the money?
