Oh I watched Elemental! It's not too bad, and yeah woke wasn't so strong there, inside out 2 was more explicit for example with Riley being attracted by the team leader
Gladly in Italian there's not that retardness on pronoums, it's just he or she, if you call yourself they sounds like a crazy 😂

So I was googling and in the movie even in the english version there isn't this confusion... the problem are the books that they released for kids which call the character as they!!
But anyways, even in English is difficult to understand a bit the use of they... but it is a new trend! In portuguese which is similar to italian there isn't a gender neutral for they, since you have a they masculine and a they feminine. and Also the adjectives have different endings depending of the gender...so they are replacing the letter that differentiates the gender and replacing by other letters for example.... Ele ( he) and Ela (she) , now you have Elu (which is the neutral pronom LOL). You have todos and todas ( gender differention for all) and now they introduce todes (neutral gender )
oh yeah i forgot that riley was attracted by a team leader... like i said it is marketing from disney LOL
