Some time ago I received an invitation to watch one of the Indonesian films that was being screened at the cinema. The title of the film is 13 Bombs in Jakarta. Actually, this film has been on the list of films I want to watch, but I haven't had time because I'm busy. But who would have thought that in the end I would actually get an invitation from the production to watch this film. Honestly, I had high expectations for this film because I thought it was based on the story of the bombings that occurred in Jakarta several years ago. Apart from that, I am also really looking forward to this film because one of the actors is Rio Dewanto, an actor who is very good at acting. Although to be honest, I had no idea about his role in this film before watching the film.

The story

This film tells the story of two Indodax employees, William and Oscar, who were accidentally involved in an act of terrrism carried out by a terrorist group. Initially, they were both suspected of being terrorist accomplices after the terrorist admitted to having planted 13 bombs ready to explode every 8 hours and wanted the government to send 100 bitcoins via Indodax. William and Oscar, who felt trapped, ran away from the police. During their escape they learned that from the start the two of them were part of a plan planned by Arok, the terrorist leader. The two of them managed to track down the whereabouts of the terrorists and finally they were taken to the terrorist headquarters. Arok, played by Rio Dewanto, is the leader and mastermind of the terrorism that occurred in Jakarta. In this film, the reason he became a terrorist is told because he wanted revenge against the government and wanted to change the country's economic system. But in the wrong way.

• A little disappointed part

I want to discuss what I thought was a bit disappointing about this film first. In my opinion, this film is more suitable to be titled Indodax the Movie, because there are too many scenes that seem to promote Indodax, Lol. I mean, it's okay if they want to promote Indodax at the same time, but it doesn't need to be so obvious. Sorry, because we are discussing my opinion, I will speak as is.

• Unpredictable story

OK, turns out I was wrong. At first I thought that the story of this film was based on the bomb incident that occurred in Jakarta, but it turns out the story in this film is different. However, I think the story of this film is quite good and difficult to predict. There is even a plot twist at the end of the story. In terms of story, I quite enjoyed it.

• Thrilling action scenes

What I like most about this film is the action scenes. In my opinion, the action scenes in this film are very good. Honestly, one of the main reasons I wanted to watch this film was Rio Dewanto. I didn't expect that in this film he would play a terrorist leader. One of my favorite scenes is when Rio Dewanto duels with Ganindra Bimo who plays the role of police captain. Apart from that, there is another scene that I like, that is when Karin the policewoman chases William and Oscar. I felt like I was watching a racing scene in Fast and Furious.

Overall, this film is one of the Indonesian films with cool action scenes. As an Indonesian, I am quite proud of Indonesian films, which are becoming more and more good every day.
