K-Drama Review : Head Over Heels
I haven't watched K-dramas for a while because I was bored with the same genres and stories... But recently, I've started watching them again because I've found some interesting ones. One of them is the one I'm going to discuss this time. The title of the K-drama I'm going to discuss is Head Over Heels... and Let's get straight to it!
The Story Line
This drama tells the story of a young shaman named Seong Ah who is very talented and has many customers. But actually she is just an ordinary high school student who dreams of living like an ordinary person and falls in love with a handsome man. One day there is a grandmother who comes to her for treatment, the grandmother brings a young man named Geon U who is her grandson. At that time Seong Ah immediately fell in love at first sight ... and this is her first love. But unfortunately, at that time Seong Ah also found out that the life of her first love was only 21 days left because many evil spirits were targeting her. A few days later Seong Ah met Geon U again who was a transfer student at her school and at that time she was determined that she would save Geon U and would protect him from evil spirits.
What's interesting about the k-drama Head Over Heels
- An interesting and refreshing story
This K-drama has a storyline that I think is refreshing... It's rare to find a drama where the main character is a teenage shaman. The love story of the main characters is also very sweet, their interactions make the audience addicted. The friendship of the main characters with their friends at school is also very cute. The story about their family is also very touching. While watching this drama, I could get carried away by the atmosphere... crying during sad scenes and smiling during adorable scenes.
- Good acting and strong chemistry
Another thing that made me love this drama was the acting of the cast... especially the two leads, Cho Yi Hyun and Choo Young Woo. Their acting was excellent and their chemistry was strong. Their chemistry with the other cast members was also great... especially with their classmates.
- Just the right number of episodes
Too many episodes in a drama can sometimes make the plot boring... But too short episodes can also make the story feel rushed. Head Over Heels has twelve episodes, which I think is just right...
Conclusion
The conclusion I came to after watching this drama: Fighting for the impossible may seem foolish... but whatever the outcome, at least we tried. No one is born evil... but whether we choose to be good or evil is our choice. No matter how bad a child is, a mother will never give up on her child.
Thank you for reading my blog... hope you like it! have a nice day! 😊
