¿Es la Sirenita Ariel un plagio? [Is the Little Mermaid Ariel plagiarism?]
La película La Sirenita de Disney estrenada en 1989 ha sido acusada en varias ocasiones de plagiar la película La Sirenita de Hans Christian Andersen de Toei Animation de 1975. Ambas películas están basadas en el mismo libro La sirenita y otros cuentos de hadas. Sim embargo hay algunas escenas que si parecen casi las mismas.
Disney's The Little Mermaid, released in 1989, has been accused on several occasions of plagiarizing Toei Animation's Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid from 1975. Both films are based on the same book The little mermaid and other fairy tales. However, there are some scenes that do seem almost the same.
1- Ambas sirenitas abrazan la estatua del príncipe:

2- Confunden una pipa con una flauta:

3-Las señoras que las ayudan a cambiarse son muy parecidas:
Señor que ayuda a Ariel a cambiarse.
Señora que ayuda a la princesa de Toei a cambiarse.
3-The ladies who help them change are very similar:
Lord who helps Ariel change.
Lady who helps the Toei princess change.
4-Además, al inicio se consideró que Ariel fuese rubia al igual que la protagonista de Toei, pero luego se cambió a peli roja:
4-In addition, at the beginning Ariel was considered to be blonde like the Toei protagonist, but then she changed to red hair:
