UN LUGAR EN SILENCIO: DÍA UNO (2024) [ENG/ESP]

Recuerdo que hace ya varios años me vi ¨Un lugar en silencio¨ y me pareció una película bastante buena, después de nos dieron la continuación de esta historio y ahora después de un tiempo finalmente tenemos la respuesta a como inició todo este caos en una invasión alienígena.

I remember several years ago I saw ¨A place in silence¨ and I thought it was a pretty good movie, after we got the continuation of this story and now after a while we finally have the answer to how all this chaos began in an alien invasion.

Sam es una mujer que viaja a Nueva York después de mucho tiempo, acompañada de su enfermero la está pasando muy bien y van camino a comer pizza cuando de repente aparecen unjas criaturas alienígenas que acaban con todo lo que hace ruido.

Sam is a woman who travels to New York after a long time, accompanied by her nurse she is having a great time and they are on their way to eat pizza when suddenly some alien creatures appear and destroy everything that makes noise.

Si, la verdad a veces no me parece gran idea que extiendan historias como esta, simplemente pienso ¿Qué tan diferente puede ser la trama a las películas que ya existen de este mundo? Pero en este caso me parece que lo hicieron funcionar bastante bien, el personaje de Sam me pareció muy agradable al igual que el de Eric, el final me parece un poco predecible pero eso no le quita lo buena.

Yes, the truth is that sometimes I don't think it's a great idea to extend stories like this, I just think how different can the plot be from the existing movies of this world? But in this case I think they made it work pretty well, I found Sam's character very nice as well as Eric's, the ending seems a little predictable but that doesn't take away from the goodness.
