Review and opinion of "Color Out of Space" (2019) [English subtitles]
Cosmic horror is one of those genres that are rarely explored, but it has given us interesting stories that do not leave us indifferent. Such is the case of the film that I bring to the table today, I came to "Color Out of Space" in a random search for different content, so while reviewing the filmography of Nicolas Cage I saw that name that seemed interesting. Digging a little further, I discovered that the movie is based on a book called "The Color Out of Space" which was written by H.P. Lovecraft, so my interest increased.
Once I knew who inspired the story I understood that things would get messy, I know that the Lovecraft Universe is extensive and has a lot of acceptance from those who love science fiction and horror, in fact I would say that thanks to H.P. Lovecraft exists the Cosmic Horror genre. This film is a journey into the unknown, here we will see things that by no chance would pass through our minds and that make us understand the genius and great imagination of the author.
El horror cósmico es de esos géneros que son pocos explorados, pero que bien nos ha regalado historias interesantes y que no nos dejan indiferentes. Tal es el caso de la película que hoy traigo a la mesa, llegué a "Color Out of Space" en una búsqueda aleatoria de contenido diferente, es así que mientras revisaba la filmografía de Nicolas Cage vi ese nombre que me pareció interesante. Indagando un poco más, descubrí que la película esta basada en un libro llamado "The Color Out of Space" el cual fue escrito por H.P. Lovecraft, así que mi interés aumentó.
Una vez que supe quien inspiró la historia entendí que las cosas se pondrían turbias, se que el Universo Lovecraft es extenso y que tiene mucha aceptación de parte de quienes aman la ciencia ficción y el terror, de hecho diría que gracias a H.P. Lovecraft existe el género Horror Cósmico. Esta película es un viaje a lo desconocido, aquí veremos cosas que ni de casualidad pasarían por nuestras mentes y que nos hacen entender la genialidad y gran imaginación del autor.
The film perfectly lives up to its name, on a graphic level it is beautiful and psychedelic, we see colors that we would hardly see in other scenarios and that make us feel inevitably immersed in that universe. La película hace perfecto honor a su nombre, a nivel gráfico es preciosa y psicodélica, vemos colores que difícilmente veríamos en otros escenarios y que nos hacen sentir inevitablemente inmersos en ese universos. Pero por el momento no les contaré más, mi reseña y opinión están en el video así que allí los espero para que conversemos y debatamos sobre esta interesante película la cual me emociona mucho presentarles. ¡Los espero!

Horror cósmico, ese género siempre me gustará, de hecho es uno de los géneros que hace cuestionar lo diminutos que somos con respecto a eventos a los que quizá nunca estaríamos preparados como especie y eso es lo que hace que este tipo de películas te dejen pensando más de la cuenta. Me gustó mucho de lo que trata, no la conocía y me harás verla además que Nicolas Cage siempre hace papeles bien enigmáticos y con un atractivo particular.

Cosmic horror, I will always like this genre, in fact it is one of the genres that makes us question how small we are with respect to events that perhaps we would never be prepared for as a species and that is what makes this kind of movies leave you thinking more than you should. I really liked what it's about, I didn't know it and you will make me watch it, besides Nicolas Cage always plays enigmatic roles with a particular attraction.

Así es Fer, este genero es de mis favoritos, pues se unio el terror con la ciencia ficción, espectacular!! es una gran película la verdad que si tienes la oportunidad de verla quedaras atrapado por que no se parece a nada.
