I had an opportunity to meet actress Michelle Santiago at the last I Heart Horror event. If she looks familiar, it is because she has appeared in numerous films, including "Nonnas," "The 4:30 Movie," "Stream," "IF," "I Saw The TV Glow" and "Terrifier 2." She was also a Producer for "Stream" and "Terrifier 2." She has played many roles that included a pedestrian, a movie goer, a barfly, a parent and a restaurant patron. Well, all that has changed and you can see for yourself at Smodcastle Cinemas, located at 82 First Avenue in Atlantic Highlands on Sunday, July 27th at 3:00pm.

Michelle Santiago will be settling into a more evil role in "Swine and Dine," a horror short film produced by Black Ave Films. "Swine and Dine" will be premiering at Smodcastle Cinemas tomorrow afternoon as stated above with some of their other shorts being screened as well. Black Ave Films is the brainchild of Ronald Black and Chris Avellino. "Swine and Dine" has already took home the top prize at a film festival in Barcelona, Spain.

The tickets for this showing are only $15.00 and that also gets you a small popcorn and soda. The picture above is from the I Heart Horror event (shoutouts to Chris and Greg Cuneo) where I talked all things terrifying (get it!) with Michelle Santiago. She was really down-to-earth and I wish her all the luck for her future.
