Hi guys, I'm back with another awesome movie I enjoyed this past weekend.

I have just watched “National Treasure: Book of Secrets,” and boy was it something else. This film taught me a lot, and now I am going to share my thoughts with you.

Firstly, let me tell you about the story behind it. It’s centered on Ben Gates, who is joined by his father Patrick.

Their lives are shattered after this man Mitch Wilkinson accuses their forefather of being part of the conspiracy that killed Abraham Lincoln.

What do you think about that? A live history puzzle.

In response, Ben, his wife Abigail, and best friend Riley Poole do not buy this. They embark on a crazy mission to exonerate their ancestor’s reputation from any wrong doing.

Did I mentioned they move from France to England then back to Washington following a trail of clues that could restore honor to their family?

The aspect of the movie I liked best was how it merged history with action. I mean, who knew how much fun artificers could be? The whole concept of digging up the past to illuminate a present mystery is just simply mind-boggling.

Moreover, the characters are so much like us. Ben is resolute in setting things aright, Abigail is intelligent and supportive, while Riley adds humor that makes everything light. It’s like journeying with your own friends except they are running after treasure and solving historical puzzles!

You know what really made me think too? That is the fact that history has secrets. Just when you suppose you have all knowledge, something new comes up.

And it’s kind of thrilling isn’t it? It seems as if there’s always more to learn, more to find out and more to explore.

Of course, this might be said to be a movie that takes liberties with history but, you know what? That’s the fun of it. It is like a combination of truth and fiction with some kind of fantasy.

Besides, learning can also be made enjoyable.

In general, “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” is an exciting mystery that will appeal to anyone who enjoys adventure. It has action, comedy and lots of emotions.

So if you are looking for a movie that you’ll watch biting your nails yet it teaches something about history then check this one out.

To sum up my conclusion about this movie two thumbs up! Fun and educational too cool. You never know it might inspire you to go on treasure hunt someday.

In any case, as Ben Gates would put it, “The truth will set you free!”
