10 characters played by multiple actors in #GameOfThrones
- DAARIO NAHARIS: In Season 3, the role of Daenerys's lover was played by Ed Skrein. Starting in Season 4, this role was played by Michiel Huisman. Skrein's departure from the series was due to his work on the film "The Transporter: Reloaded."
- THREE-EYED RAVEN: The role of the Three-Eyed Raven was originally played by Struan Rodger, but we never saw him up close. In season five, the role was taken by Academy Award nominee Max von Sydow, which greatly excited fans.
- TOMMEN BARATHEON: In the first two seasons, Cersei's son was played by Callum Wharry. When the role was extended in seasons four and five, it was decided to replace the boy with an older, more experienced actor, choosing Dean-Charles Chapman.
BERIC DONDARRION: Australian actor David Michael Scott played the role of Beric in one of the scenes in the first season. He was replaced by Richard Dormer in season 3. The reason for his replacement was not officially announced.

- DICKON DARLEY: Freddie Stroma played Dickon in Season 6 and was set to continue. However, as the actor was also appearing in the series "Time After Time," he had to leave the series, and Tom Hopper became the new face of House Tarly.
