Seguimos más o menos estando al día con las nuevas producciones en series de este nuevo año y hace unos días que culminamos de ver ¨56 Dias¨ una nueva serie de Prime Video que se une a la lista de éxitos de su extenso catálogo. Basada en un thriller erótico estadounidense que combina una historia de amor obsesiva dentro de una investigación de un crimen rodeado de confusiones y misterio. Justo lo que me gusta para ver antes de llegar a los brazos de Morfeo. ¿Qué les puedo decir? Soy de los que le gusta ver algo antes de dormir y si no hay nada que ver, puede ser hasta ID ja ja ja… Lo importante es ver algo antes de dormir. ¿Malo? Es posible, pero así me acostumbré.

We're still more or less up to date with the new series releases this year, and a few days ago we finished watching 56 Days, a new Prime Video series that joins the list of hits in its extensive catalog. Based on an American erotic thriller, it combines an obsessive love story with a crime investigation shrouded in confusion and mystery. Just what I like to watch before falling into the arms of Morpheus. What can I say? I'm one of those people who likes to watch something before going to sleep, and if there's nothing to watch, it can even be ID, ha ha ha... The important thing is to watch something before going to sleep. Bad? Maybe, but that's how I got used to it.

Esta es una de esas series que te engancha fácilmente entre sus buenas actuaciones, intriga y un toque bien fuerte de sensualidad sobre todo con esas escenas picantes que están a la cabeza del reparto. Y como no serán picantes si nos encontramos con la bellísima Dove Cameron y aunque algunos de los giros son más obvios que otros la serie prospera porque al final no sabemos si lo que pensamos es lo correcto ya que siempre ese giro nos lleva a otra teoría. Definitivamente, no sabríamos qué esperar.

This is one of those series that easily hooks you with its good performances, intrigue, and a strong touch of sensuality, especially with those spicy scenes featuring the main cast. And how could they not be spicy when we have the beautiful Dove Cameron? Although some of the twists are more obvious than others, the series thrives because, in the end, we don't know if what we think is correct, since each twist always leads us to another theory. We definitely wouldn't know what to expect.

No cabe duda que la serie fue algo muy interesante y disfrutable de ver para mí. Nunca me hubiera imaginado ese final de tal manera así que para mí ese último giro fue lo que terminó de convencerme de la gran historia que nos presenta ¨56 Dias¨ de venganza, secretos y la chispa entre los personajes. No puedo darles muchos detalles pues ya saben que mi intención es invitarlos a que ustedes mismo tengan su propia opinión.

There is no doubt that the series was very interesting and enjoyable for me to watch. I never would have imagined that ending, so for me, that final twist was what convinced me of the great story that “56 Days” presents us with: revenge, secrets, and the spark between the characters. I can't give you many details because, as you know, my intention is to invite you to form your own opinion.

Serie cuenta con 8 episodios que fácilmente podrían ver un domingo o como yo la venia viendo, uno o dos por noche y si quieren terminarla en un día también sería posible. Hay una frase que me marcó mucho la sinopsis de la serie. Palabras de uno de los personajes de la serie quien dice: "Dos obsesionados entre ellos. Uno más loco que el otro."

The series has eight episodes that you could easily watch on a Sunday or, as I did, one or two per night, and if you want to finish it in a day, that would also be possible.
