Bueno, este creo que es mi post sobre algún anime pues sinceramente no soy muy amante de este tipo de caricatura al menos que me hables de los caballeros del zodiaco que sin duda podría ver cuantas series le saquen aunque bueno, francamente una de las ultima series de este anime no fue mucho de mi agrado. Si, Saint Seiya (Omega) no fue tanto de mi agrado pero igual, pude ver cada uno de sus capítulos pues para poder opinar, hay que conocer de lo que hablamos. Este es uno de los animes que más disfrute de niño y para que mentirles, todavía puedo sentir con emoción el despertar del cosmos de Seiya cuando logra alcanzar su límite.

Well, I guess this is my post about an anime, because honestly, I’m not really a big fan of this kind of show—unless you’re talking about Saint Seiya, which I’d definitely watch no matter how many seasons they make. Although, to be honest, one of the latest seasons of that anime wasn’t really my cup of tea. Yeah, Saint Seiya (Omega) wasn’t really my cup of tea, but I still watched every single episode because, to give an opinion, you have to know what you’re talking about. This is one of the anime series I enjoyed the most as a kid, and to be honest, I can still feel the thrill of Seiya’s Cosmos awakening when he reaches his limit.

Nunca fui amante a la magia de Goku. No puedo negar que en el momento de su estreno no faltaba a cada capítulo. Ese niño con un aire de aventura, de explorar, sobrevivir y resolver situaciones raras. Esa primera serie se siente como un viaje donde Goku todavía no entiende del todo el mundo a donde había llegado y eso hace que muchas escenas den más gracia y sorpresa. Otra de los puntos que hoy podría decir sobre esa primera parte de una gran saga es su pureza, el ayudar cuando puede pero también el meter la pata sin malicia ja ja ja. Creo que desde sus inicios fue una serie que liga la comedia con la acción.

I was never really into Goku’s magic. I can’t deny that when it first aired, I never missed an episode. That kid with an air of adventure, of exploring, surviving, and solving strange situations. That first series feels like a journey where Goku doesn’t quite understand the world he’s landed in yet, and that makes a lot of scenes funnier and more surprising. Another thing I could say today about that first part of a great saga is its purity—helping out when he can, but also messing up without any malice, ha ha ha. I think that from the very beginning, it was a series that blended comedy with action.

No soy un experto en este tema pero vengo a compartir mi opinión a una parte de la historia de Goku que sin duda me logró enganchar después de tantos años. Aunque bueno, en ocasiones me aburre tantas escenas que considero pueden ser escenas bastante fuertes y que le dé a la serie otro aire que de seguro muchos añorarían. Es la típica serie japonésa donde siempre sale alguna escena graciosa fuera de lugar que en lo particular me saca un poco de mi chacra ja ja ja. Pero sí, aunque no fue en toda la serie de Dragon Ball Super, encontrarme con el Torneo de la fuerza fue algo que me llenó de ilusión con el personaje de Goku.

I’m no expert on this topic, but I’m here to share my thoughts on a part of Goku’s story that really hooked me after all these years. That said, sometimes I get bored by all the scenes that I think are pretty intense and give the series a different vibe—one that I’m sure many would miss. It’s the typical Japanese series where there’s always some out-of-place funny scene that, personally, throws me off a bit, haha. But yeah, even though it wasn’t the case throughout the entire Dragon Ball Super series, coming across the Tournament of Power was something that filled me with excitement about Goku’s character.

Podría decir que aun cuando existen esas escenas que de verdad no logró soportar creo que este torneo le dio una chispa distinta a lo que normalmente podríamos encontrar a Goku y sus amigos en una lucha por salvar una vez más la tierra, el universo. Hay batallas que bueno ja ja ja… No han empezado y ya las acelero para llegar a batallas épicas como la de Jiren del universo 11 contra Hit o con el mismo Goku logrando en esa batalla llegar a un nuevo nivel llamado El Ultra Instinto. Les cuento rápidamente. El torneo de la fuerza es una batalla crucial por la sobrevivencia de sus universos. Aquel universo que pierda será no solo eliminado si no, extinguido, destruido, desaparecido. Entonces, creo que si esta parte de la saga la hubiera hecho pensando más en los adultos hubiera sido un verdadero cierre de la larga saga.

I’d say that even though there are some scenes I really couldn’t stand, I think this tournament gave it a different spark compared to what we’d normally see with Goku and his friends fighting to save the Earth—or the universe—yet again. There are battles that, well, ha ha ha… They haven’t even started yet, and I’m already fast-forwarding to epic battles like Jiren from Universe 11 against Hit, or Goku himself reaching a new level in that battle called Ultra Instinct. Let me give you a quick rundown. The Tournament of Power is a crucial battle for the survival of their universes. The universe that loses will not only be eliminated but also wiped out, destroyed, and vanish. So, I think that if this part of the saga had been made with adults in mind, it would have been a true conclusion to the long saga.

Como dije al principio, soy más amantes de los Caballeros del Zoodiaco y francamente no recuerdo que ahí consiguiéramos escenas tan fuera de lugar. Con Seiya y sus compañeros conseguíamos batallas épicas sin tener un lado de comedia y esto simplemente la hace para mí, una de las mejores series anime de la historia pero bueno, si hoy en día existe algo tan bueno como ellos, les tomaré el dato y de seguro me pondré a verla. Goku aun cuando este torneo me llamó muchísima la atención tiene para mí ese punto débil que no me agrada mucho. En fin, este es solo un punto de vista desde mi perspectiva. As I said at the beginning, I’m more of a fan of Saint Seiya, and honestly, I don’t recall seeing scenes that felt so out of place there. With Seiya and his companions, we got epic battles without any comedic elements, and that’s what makes it, for me, one of the best anime series of all time. But hey, if there’s something out there today that’s as good as Saint Seiya, I’ll take your word for it and I’ll definitely check it out. Even though this tournament really caught my attention, Goku has that one flaw that I don’t really like. Anyway, this is just my point of view.
