Netflix Movie Review: THE WOMAN IN CABIN 10

Hola mis queridos lectores de Hive y amantes del mundo del cine ❤️, hoy les quiero compartir una recomendación muy buena sobre una película que ví en el género de triller, suspenso y misterio en la plataforma Netflix, no tiene mucho tiempo de de estreno y cuando leí de que trataba me llamo mucho la atención y me la anoté para mirarla durante el fin de semana.

Ya el título impone, así como la protagonista que abarca la primera plana de la portada, una actriz que me encanta como trabaja en cada proyecto yo sabía que este no podía ser la excepción, se trata de Keira Knightley interpretando a Laura Blacklock, una chica periodista quien le encargan realizar un trabajo de investigación en un lujoso yate por la celebración de un matrimonio que esconde un gran misterio. Laura acepta sin ningún problema y piensa que esa sería una gran oportunidad para hacer un gran reportaje ya que son una de las parejas más famosas e importantes, además de que la mujer está muy enferma y piensa revelar cosas importantes sobre su herencia y si donarlas a una beneficencia o no.

Una vez llegado al yate, Laura ya empieza a mirar raro a los pasajeros quienes también fueron invitados por la pareja, pasajeros muy particulares llenos de prejuicios al ver que laura no es como ellos, vistiendo ostentosos vestuarios ni joyas, en su manera de vestir se nota la sencilla y humilde que es en comparación al resto de la tripulación. Todo marcha bien y tranquilo, pero una noche Laura de despierta al escuchar unos golpes en el camarote de al lado, y cuando se asoma al balcón es testigo de como una mujer es tirada al mar, ella asustada sale a pedir ayuda pero al hacer las investigaciones le dicen que en ese camarote nunca se alojó nadie.

The title alone is impressive, as is the protagonist who graces the front page of the cover, an actress whose work I love in every project. I knew this one couldn't be the exception. It's Keira Knightley playing Laura Blacklock, a journalist who is commissioned to do some investigative work on a luxury yacht for a wedding celebration that hides a great mystery. Laura accepts without hesitation, thinking it would be a great opportunity to write a major story, as they are one of the most famous and important couples, and the woman is very ill and plans to reveal important details about her inheritance and whether or not to donate it to charity.

Once she arrives at the yacht, Laura begins to look strangely at the passengers who were also invited by the couple, very peculiar passengers full of prejudice when they see that Laura is not like them, not wearing ostentatious clothes or jewelry. Her way of dressing shows how simple and humble she is compared to the rest of the crew. Everything is going well and calmly, but one night Laura wakes up to the sound of banging in the cabin next door, and when she looks out onto the balcony, she witnesses a woman being thrown into the sea. Frightened, she goes out to ask for help, but when she investigates, she is told that no one ever stayed in that cabin.
