Review Netflix Movie: STRAW || HARTA [ESP/ENG]

Hola mis queridos lectores de Hive y amantes del mundo del cine ❤️, En esta oportunidad les quiero recomendar un film que mire a principios de este mes y hoy les quiero hablar más sobre él, mi experiencia y también mi crítica, y si ya recomendaría para verte este fin o no. Es un genero que en mi opinión a pocos les duele atraer por el drama, aunque es un drama que fácilmente no escaparía de la realidad o de una persona con una alta necesidad pero, rodeada por todas las responsabilidades y gastos del día a día se ve obligada a tomar medidas desesperadas ya estando en un punto de quiebre mental, y no es para menos luego de conocer su historia y aquí voy.

Hello my dear readers of Hive and lovers of the world of cinema ❤️, This time I want to recommend a film that I watched earlier this month and today I want to tell you more about it, my experience and also my review, and if I would recommend to see you this end or not. It is a genre that in my opinion few people are hurt to attract by the drama, although it is a drama that easily would not escape the reality or a person with a high need but, surrounded by all the responsibilities and expenses of the day to day is forced to take desperate measures already being at a point of mental breakdown, and it is not for less after knowing his story and here I go.

La historia se centra en una protagonista, en Taraji P. Henson interpretando a Janiyah Wiltkinson en "harta", un termino que ya nos deja un poco a la idea de lo que se vivirá. Pues Janiyah vive con su pequeña hija en una habitación rentada pero con muchas deudas, lo que le provoca la amenaza de desalojo de su casera, ya por ahí para empezar el día. De camino a la escuela su hija le dice que necesita pagar para el almuerzo de lo contrario no comerá a lo que Janiyah no sabe que hacer porque aún no le pagan en su trabajo, aunque igual le promete que antes de la hora del almuerzo ella llegara con el dinero. Pero...no todo podía ser fácil, llega tarde al trabajo a lo que su jefe la amenaza con despedirla, ahora con que cara pido un adelanto?.. obviamente si jefe no se lo iba a dar pero en un momento desesperado al salir al banco y a la escuela regresa tarde al trabajo y como era de esperarse si jefe sin piedad la despide antes de cobrar. Aquí, sin nada más que hacer llegan unos asaltantes y entre forcejeo se dispara el arma, su jefe al ver ésto piensa que ella es cómplice y llama a la policía pero de repente sin pensarlo Janiyah dispara contra su jefe quedando junto a dos cadáveres. Inmediatamente sale a cobrar el cheque y en el banco empieza la persecución, una persecución con la policía y los rehenes que no termina bien para la protagonista que al final recibe una devastadora noticia.

Con esto y poco más terminó mi resumen para que te animes a verla y descubras ese final que sin duda nos deja a todos con la piel helada y los sentimientos a todo lo que da.

The story focuses on a protagonist, Taraji P. Henson playing Janiyah Wiltkinson in “Straw”, a term that already leaves us a little to the idea of what will live. Janiyah lives with her young daughter in a rented room but with a lot of debt, which provokes the threat of eviction from her landlady, just to start the day. On the way to school her daughter tells her that she needs to pay for lunch otherwise she won't eat. Janiyah doesn't know what to do because she still hasn't been paid at her job, although she still promises that before lunchtime she will come up with the money. But... not everything could be easy, she arrives late to work and her boss threatens to fire her, now with what face I ask for an advance... obviously if the boss was not going to give it to her but in a desperate moment when leaving to the bank and to the school she returns late to work and as expected her boss mercilessly fires her before getting paid. Here, with nothing else to do, some assailants arrive and between struggles the gun goes off, her boss sees this and thinks she is an accomplice and calls the police but suddenly without thinking Janiyah shoots her boss, leaving her next to two corpses. She immediately goes out to cash the check and in the bank the chase begins, a chase with the police and the hostages that does not end well for the protagonist who in the end receives devastating news.

With this and a little more, this is the end of my summary to encourage you to watch it and discover that ending that undoubtedly leaves us all with frozen skin and feelings all over the place.
