ALL OF US ARE DEAD || MOVIE REVIEW

All of us are dead is a highschool k-drama set in a highschool. This K-drama was released on the 28th of January, 2022 and was directed by Lee Jae-kyoo and Kim Nam-su.

This movie meets up to my expectations which had me interested in the first episode.

One minute students are worrying about exams and the next minute, people are turning into zombies and biting each other.

There is this science teacher named Lee Byeong-chan, his son is being bullied at school. He feels angry and wants his son to be strong enough to fight back.

So he creates something in his lab, hoping it will make his son stronger. But instead, it turns his son into something violent and...uncontrollable, a zombie.

The virus quickly spreads both in and outside the school, once a zombie bites a human, that person also turns into a zombie.

A group of students, Lee Suhyeok, Nam On-jo, Lee Cheong-san and Choi Nam-ra and some other students ends up getting trapped in the school.

They try to escape but quickly realizes the school is surrounded by zombies and they try using whatever to protect themselves.

Fear made some students selfish and theirs friendship are tested in the worst ways, they end up leaving their own friends behind in order to survive.

One of the saddest part in the movie is watching people turn into zombies. Nam-ra gets bitten but doesn't fully turn into a zombie, a halfbie? She still thinks like a human though, but has zombie's hunger and strength.

There's also a bully named Gwi-nam, he gets bitten but is also a halfbie like Nam-ra. But unlike her, he enjoys the power and causes even more chaos in the school.

Cheong-san is one of my favorite character in the movie, I loved how he was always trying to safe other people even when his safety was not guarantee.

And that moment when he decides to stay behind so his friends could escape was really touching.

And then, the government decides to bomb the entire city to stop the virus from spreading, and that means that anyone still inside...dies.

Honestly, All of Us Are Dead was really good. It already had my attention from the first episode and none of was felt boring. Every episode made me want to keep going and going.

I would definitely recommend this drama to those who love a good thriller movie. This one will be worth your time.
