‎The moment I saw the topic of this prompt, my head stated spinning. I have seen so many movies in my lifetime, especially superheroes kind of movies. Trying to remember each of the character unique quality is definitely not an easy task but there are just some characters you see and you can never forget. If i was kidnapped by dangerous people, who would I reach out to for rescue? I had to screen out a lot of names from my mind. It is one thing to be a hero but it is a different thing entirely to be able to perform a rescue operation without casualties.

‎This character is from one of the longest military sequence TV series I have ever watched. The fact is only those with unhinged love for TV series can see the movie to the end, which I did. There was a quote I heard once, it said; the most damaged people offer the best advice and only those who have known pain can prevent others from it. This statement defines the life of this character.

‎Without deviating any further, this character is from an American TV series called SEAL Team*, a character named jason Hayes. The series was based on this character for the most part of it and believe me when I say, he played his part so well. He had no superpowers like most superheroes I have seen, he is considered a hero in the movie for his outstanding contribution in the force.

‎It took me quite some time to finish up the series but there is something I am sure of, Jason Hayes and his team mates can perform the most impossible rescue mission you can ever imagine even if it means losing a foot to get it done. Despite always putting himself in the line of fire to rescue people, he still tries his best to bring his teammates home. His dedication to duty and humanity is unmatched. I know it is just a movie but some actors have a way of absorbing their roles so much that it looks so real.

‎A character that puts his family in consistent jeopardy for the sake of duty to his country. There was a time he was offered the position of master chief, which means he had to seat in the base office and watch his team mates perform dangerous operations without him, he struggled immensely with the possibility of something going wrong because he wasn't there. He had to turn down the promotion or should I say he demoted himself back to a team leader just to be with his team mates on the field again.

‎As if that was not bad enough, even when he had TBI, his whole brain working against him due to the truama he has sustained over the years from field operations, he couldn't still let go of his duty. Jason still managed to pull through despite the possibility of command finding out about his condition which could put him serious issues. Well, I wouldn't expect anything less from a character that went to work few days after the death of his wife.

‎Looking at what an ordinary human could do without some extraordinary superpower, it reassures me that there is no other character that can perform a swift rescue mission with no issues and can guarantee my safety. So I when I call him a villain, he is to his enemies and in this cases, my hypothetical kidnappers.

He was a very complicated man.
The character illustrated how difficult it is for a military man to manage duty and family.
