Siempre hay películas que nos hacen recordarlas en todo momento, ya sea porque nos marcó su mensaje, porque la producción y edición era fantástica, porque lloramos o morimos de risa con ellas. Pues en mi caso esto último es lo que me hace recordar muchas veces a Somos los Millers; un filme de comedia estrenado en el año 2013.
There are always movies that make us remember them at all times, either because their message marked us, because the production and editing was fantastic, because we cried or died laughing with them. Well in my case the latter is what makes me remember many times We are the Millers; a comedy film released in 2013.
La película fue dirigida por Rawson Marshall Thurber, un actor y director de cine estadounidense; por su parte el guión estuvo a cargo de Bob Fisher, Steve Faber, Sean Anders, y John Morris y fue distribuida por Warner Bros. Pictures.

El largometraje trata básicamente de un pequeño traficante de marihuana que por ciertos sucesos le toca ir a México a buscar una mercancía para poder saldar una cuenta pendiente. Sin embargo no va solo, así que para su travesía consigue formar una familia para así pasar de ser percibidos en todo el viaje.
The film is basically about a small marijuana dealer who, due to certain events, has to go to Mexico to look for merchandise in order to settle a pending account. However, he does not go alone, so for his journey he manages to form a family to avoid being perceived throughout the trip.
La familia Millers de verdad era bastante disfuncional y es que con todas sus ocurrencias se hacía inevitable el no poder sacar una carcajada.Seguramente si las has visto me das la razón y si no has disfrutado de ella, te invito a que veas y me des tu opinión. Acá te traigo cierras curiosidades que quizás no sabías sobre este maravilloso filme así que vamos a ello:
The Millers family was really quite dysfunctional and with all their witticisms it was inevitable not to laugh, surely if you have seen them you agree with me and if you have not enjoyed it, I invite you to watch it and give me your opinion. Here I bring you some curiosities that maybe you didn't know about this wonderful film, so let's get to it:
1 - Beso entre familia

En estos tiempos es muy difícil creer que un joven adolecentes entre unos 16 o 17 años no sepa besar, pues este era el caso de Kenny, quien minutos antes de la escena tuvo la oportunidad de besar a Melissa, sin embargo por nervios e inexperiencia decide solo darle un abrazo, es por ello que su falsa mamá y hermana deciden darle clases de como se debe besar. Está escena iba a ser rodada solamente entre los dos hermanos, pero a último momento se decidió añadir a Rose para darle más sustento a lo disfuncional que era la familia.
In these times it is very difficult to believe that a young teenager between 16 or 17 years old does not know how to kiss, as this was the case of Kenny, who minutes before the scene had the opportunity to kiss Melissa, however due to nerves and inexperience decides to just give her a hug, which is why his fake mom and sister decide to give him lessons on how to kiss. This scene was going to be filmed only between the two brothers, but at the last minute it was decided to add Rose to give more sustenance to the dysfunctional family.

Cuando la familia Miller estaba retirando la mercancía en México, una señora le da una cesta de fruta a Kenny, la cual en escenas más adelante nos podemos dar cuenta que había un tarantula dentro de ellas que finalmente se le mete por sus shorts y le pica los testículos. Pues para poder lograr ver esa hinchazón de manera natural, tuvieron que mandarle hacer unas prótesis. Vaya dato perturbador.
When the Miller family was picking up the merchandise in Mexico, a lady gives a basket of fruit to Kenny, which in later scenes we can see that there was a tarantula inside them that finally crawls into his shorts and bites his testicles. In order to be able to see that swelling in a natural way, they had to have prostheses made. What a disturbing fact.
3 - Pretendiente loco

Al ser una familia de locos es muy predecible que lleguen puros locos a esa familia, es por ello que mientras esperaban la dada de alta de Kenny en el hospital, Casey conoce a un chico que sin esperar mucho tiempo ya habían cuadrado una salida, este la va a buscar al remolque de los Miller dónde David y Rose se comportan de manera muy espontánea como unos padres muy preocupados, algo que conmueve mucho a Casey y pues la verdad es que Scottie tenía muy mala pinta. Bueno este personaje repite la frase "¿Me entiendes?", 11 veces en toda la película, que muletero.
Being a family of crazy people, it is very predictable that only crazy people come to this family, that's why while waiting for Kenny to be discharged from the hospital, Casey meets a guy who without waiting too long had already squared an exit, he goes to look for her at the Miller's trailer where David and Rose behave very spontaneously as very concerned parents, something that touches Casey a lot and the truth is that Scottie looked very bad. Well this character repeats the phrase "Do you understand me? ", 11 times in the whole movie, what a crutch.
4 - Estreno tardío

A pesar que la película salió al mercado en el año 2013, el filme se había comenzado a grabar primeramente en el año 2002, pero por desinterés de la productora quedó estancado.
Although the film was released in 2013, the film was first shot in 2002, but due to the producer's lack of interest, it was stalled.
5 - Aniston con doble

En lo personal considero a Jennifer Aniston como uno de mis amores platónicos, y ver esa escena dónde realiza un striptease me puso a sudar, sin embargo Jennifer solo aparece en ciertas partes de las escena, en las más estáticas por así decirlo ya que el baile fue realizado por una doble llamada Michael Waitman.
Personally I consider Jennifer Aniston as one of my platonic loves, and watching that scene where she performs a striptease made me sweat, however Jennifer only appears in certain parts of the scenes, in the most static ones so to speak since the dance was performed by a double named Michael Waitman.
